I strongly recommend Rebecca Walker-Jones and OLD, Inc if you are even remotely considering the sale of your business. Rebecca is very knowledgeable, caring, and honest. She has an innate ability to take charge of the situation during interactions between the seller and buyer which was extremely comforting to us. Rebecca is a tireless worker who seemed to pour her life into finding the perfect buyer for our “baby”. She was positively worth every penny of her commission.

From the moment I met Rebecca, I knew I was in good hands. I knew that my interests were being accounted for. I knew that I was being represented. And what makes this so unique is that I did not hire her. She was not retained as my broker to represent me. Yet that is exactly what she did. She made a difficult endeavor easier to understand and she made the buying process so much smoother. She did this by always being available to answer our questions, by taking the time to go research the questions if she did not have the answer, and by patiently counseling us through all of our fears and concerns. I believe Rebecca is the best at what she does for many reasons but three stand out. The first is Rebecca is a woman of integrity. She will do what is right in any situation. You can put your trust in her. Secondly, she is passionate about what she does. When someone is passionate about what they do, they usually always excel and do it to the best of their ability. And that is what I believe she does. Thirdly, she is in it for the good of all those involved, not just her client. She will represent all parties - the seller, the buyer and the business. I knew Rebecca was on our side. She was not our broker yet at all times it sure did seem like she was. She is quality and I would hire her in an instant. And I believe you should as well.

I struggled with the idea of hiring a broker and having to pay the commission. I thought, "That's a lot of money!" After researching a bit, I realized it was not something I had time to do while still running my 2 retail stores. From the moment I met Rebecca, I could tell she was a business woman of integrity and one that I could trust. She started earning her commission immediately. My feelings of being overwhelmed were gone as she started preparing my business listing & selling package, sorting through serious potential buyers and those that were just "tire kickers". We had a committed buyer after only 1 month. That's when I really started to see how dedicated she was to making sure we got to the closing table. This was NOT an easy sell, in fact, if it hadn't been for Rebecca's expertise, support, guidance and diligence, I would have thrown in the towel. Rebecca Walker-Jones is as crooked as they come. She stole $1,000 from me to write a "business profile" that a high schooler could have written. I had to edit it 3 times, then she told me she didn't want to work with me any more but refused to refund the deposit I gave her. I had to sue her. I would avoid this "brokerage" if you don't want to get scammed and left with nothing but an ill-written "profile".

My first interaction with Rebecca was a wonderful one! She was the sellers broker and I was on the buying end. She was so professional and very helpful. Through the entire transaction she was knowledgeable and very kind to help me find my way around the area since I had just moved into town. She did a fantastic job for her client and for me.
