I bought 2 brake rotors for my car and they were to big. I went back to get my refund and they won’t give me my money back. There saying it is in an “un-sellable condition.” It doesn’t matter what condition it is. I got my receipt and I want my money back.

Don't fall for all the lifetime warranty 8 years later because sticker fell off,one month ago they replace my starter 6months old same shop different owners. So I will call corporate and let them decide. And people who represent Napa should never say the comments that were made by him .I took it as an insult, a great disrespect. But don't judge Napa, my lifetime had come to the end and I must find paperwork. Trust me I'm going to dig and find it ,or at least find old owners .

The quality of the parts are not why I am reviewing this location highly. I feel this location deserves a high mark due to the extraordinary experience I had working with Nick & Logan. They went above and beyond to help me with a problematic alternator purchased from another Napa location and really helped things go as smoothly as possible being stranded. Cannot thank these guys enough! Most people would just said sorry there is nothing we can do while they delivered the part I needed along with bottled water out of the kindness of there heart. Someone give these guys a promotion! We need more people like this in retail.

Used to always find quality parts at NAPA stores, still go there for front-end or suspension components, but just about everything else I've bought has been import/Chinese junk everyone else sells.

My son thought that he had a battery problem with his car. I called Chris at this Auburn Location and Chris told me to send my son over. I did and Chris was very helpful and confirmed with diagnostics that there was no problem with my son's car. I would highly recommend this Napa Auto Parts store!

Amazing experience! On a road trip and my battery died. Stopped here and they had me in and out quicker than a jiffy. The mechanics were kind, and personable, and efficient. Couldn’t recommend them more! If you’re ever in a bind, just call Napa.
