I was in Auburn visiting friends a couple of weekends ago and my Toyota Corolla hybrid which I purchased in Birmingham in May stopped running in the street. The free year roadside towed to the dealership. I ran out of gas and the hybrid battery had to be recharged. Lesson... do not run low on gas in a hybrid.Frank Caponetto was the person who helped me and he went above and beyond any customer service I have experienced.I highly recommend this dealership. Thanks Frank!

They offer the Very HIGHEST price orally and You fix your car withvery high price tag. Turn away from them. Go to local auto shop is the best deal for used car. They charge you high price and taxes. I paid $750 for $550-650 service. They did not give me a credit card receipt. Service Mgr-Kevin, was very rude and yelling on the phone ->>- hang up the phone!!! He has to get fired or quit.Many shop can do oil change within 45 minutes with $50-$65.

Lance made my car buying experience so easy. I never felt pressured to buy anything other than what I was looking for. His exact words were, “Let’s find what you’ll love! Too big of a purchase to settle.” I highly recommend him and the friendly staff at Lynch Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

The sales experience was top notch, much better than it was years ago. Dealing with Jeremy was painless and they had me in with my old car and out with my new car in a little over 2 hours.The car did not have tint when I bought it, so I returned a couple of weeks after purchase for this process.Charles applied the tint in under 2 hours and it looks really good. They were very accommodating during this process. They offered me a loaner car, which I declined since I could do some work from the waiting room.Overall, a great experience and a much better car that what I used to have.I have had great experience with their service department in the past, so I assume it it still great. I will update my review if anything changes.

They are absolutely amazing! I had major anxiety as this was my first time buying a car! Edward was very patient and the rest of the crew were friendly, helpful and very willing to cheer me on! I'm super happy with the decision Edward helped me make! Would def recommend to my friends and family!

This was my first time shopping for a Toyota and it was one of the best experiences. One the best sales team’s that I have ever been around. Very professional and does not pressure you. I will be sending a few more people down here in hopes that they have the same experience as I did. Lance and Jarvon are some of the best Salesmen that you could possibly get.

Javonn was an excellent, knowledgeable sales representative. He was patient to answer my many question. He kept me updated on my ordered vehicle. He answered my texts promptly even if he wasn’t working. The closing process was very quick and smooth.
