This is all a part of Lynch Chevrolet-Cadillac, and after years (they have had my vehicle! ) I just called and asked for "Mark H." Who purports to be the "business owner" and after speaking with the gentlemanwho answered my call (it went through FOUR computer messages telling me my call would be recorded and then I was disconnected ! This is what has happened for years- and they AUCTIONED off my Cadillac because they didn't want to work on it!Stay away! They should get NO STARS.

Update: You should call and make an appointment, they started doing this well into the pandemic. It's both a positive and a hassle, but completely understandable. Like a lot of businesses, they seem to be light on staff. Despite all the changes they are still my top choice for getting my car serviced.

I made an appointment for 10:30am, and I got here on time. It's now 1:40pm, and I'm still here. I was just told that they will be working on my car soon... I wonder what the appointment is for.
