Best Truck Buying Experience EverWith low mileage on my current truck, I decided to look around for a replacement. After several weeks of YouTube comparison videos, I decided to look at Nissan’s Frontier Pro. I set a weekend appointment with David Dickinson to drive and evaluate my truck for trade-in. Before my visit, I sent several texts to David with questions that were quickly answered. He spent time discussing my wants and did a great job meeting all my requirements. Great value in my trade-in, a payment with Nissan Assurance I could live with, and a better interest rate than I had from another bank. The Frontier Pro drives great has many safety features, and looks great too. Thanks to Pamela Wilson, the Finance Manager, for making the visit even better. I’m looking forward to a long business relationship with Lynch Nissan. I highly recommend!

My purchase of new Nissan Frontier was wonderful experience. John DeAngelo and Kevin McCarty were both absolutely amazing. They worked the numbers out for me. They were very responsive. Kevin is very nice, personal, and ethical. Kevin was so kind to even pick me up(I live 45 minutes from the dealership) and take me to the dealership to make my purchase. He went over the whole vehicle with me and introduced me to all the staff at the dealership. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

I had concrete cover my car from a concrete yard next to our parking lot. Lynch changed filters inside and out, stating that they were full of concrete dust, and oil change etc as well as a full 100 pt + check over the car. I mentioned that some other garage said I needed new control arms. I asked them to look at it and give me an estimate. The guy said my control arms were fine. They could have taken advantage of me considering I already expected to get new control arms, but they didn't. They told me the truth and saved me almost $1000. I'll never use anyone else on my Nissan. Great job.

My car was Under Warranty and I took my car to get maintenance and repair on a small issue on my window; I told the tech to do a Full service and they did but I paid for an oil change that wasn’t needed I told the tech plus the car wash they barely washed my car. Do better please and always ask more questions to the guests.

To begin, this review is not a critique of the sales staff of Lynch Nissan of Auburn, but rather a review of their service department.A few weeks ago I made an appointment to bring in my Nissan maxima and have the front RADAR realigned.After waiting for an hour a lady came to me and told me that my RADAR assembly was completely broken and needed to be replaced. This raised questions for me because I am working on a PhD focused on automotive safety system, so I am extremely familiar with automotive RADAR systems.I was told that the mounting bracket was bent and so the RADAR was “scanning upwards”. This further puzzled me because if it’s “scanning” then the RADAR is fine and it just need to be realigned as I asked. When I asked what tests were done to determine if the RADAR was actually broken I received no specific answers and was told that “it just is”. The price tag for this new fix? ~3-4 thousand dollars.As a researcher in the automotive field I have the tools to check RADAR functionality myself, but not to do an alignment. So I took my car home and pulled the nose off. Not only was the RADAR not bent upwards, but when I tested the RADAR it was completely functional besides the alignment issue. I attached a picture below of my car’s RADAR measurement while moving at slow speeds.So not only was my RADAR fine, but I was outright lied to twice! While the sales team at Lynch Nissan may be great, I will never be returning here for any servicing need in the future. I can simply no longer trust that they’ll provide me an honest and truthful diagnosis of any car malfunction.

It was quick and easy. Everyone was polite and friendly. David D helped me with my second and third purchase since 2013. I don’t go anywhere but Lynch Nissan. The service department is super also, the service manager came over to congratulate me before I was half done with my purchase.

Everyone was very nice and professional. I think they gave me good value on my trade and they offered the Armada that I bought at a price that couldn't be beat. I am incredibly happy with my purchase and having the piece of mind with the lifetime powertrain warranty is a great bonus!

After visiting Lynch Toyota many times in the past for servicing, I was surprised that Lynch Nissan did not match the efficiency. I made an appt for just a simple oil change and tire rotation and was there for nearly 2 hours. Having used the quick lane service before at other dealerships, I now know that Lynch Nissan only puts that into practice on Saturday mornings. BummerAlso they waited until checkout to tell me about the urgent need for rear brakes. I mean, they had the wheels off already, shouldn’t they have just ask me then if I wanted replacements? Or was that info strategically postponed to keep them on schedule for another appointment or even closing time? Guess I’ll just do drop off next time.
