They quoted me extremely high for a repair on my car and I took it to my home mechanic and they did it for 1/6 of the price. They also would not call me back when my car was there for two days and I had to call them to check up on everything. All they did was check the car out and quote a ridiculous amount.

Where to start. First, I found the Lynch dealership through Sam's Club TrueCar. Once I received a price quote, I called over and got connected with Christy. Super awesome gal! The truck was in transit and she gave me weekly updates. We even went back and forth discussing pricing, accessories, and the urgency of me needing a truck. I'm about to move away and I kind of needed the truck to help tow. No one else withing 100 miles had the same truck at the same price point. Christy called me informing me about the delivery. After a few days, we headed over and made the deal. I expressed that I needed this deal to be quick as I had to pick up my kid from school. Everyone hustled trying to accommodate my timeline. It was awesome! I had a pleasurable experience and I definitely would go back. Thanks Christy!

On 3/** my family and I were driving from OK to FL for my ************* memorial when our vehicle broke down expectedly in Opelika, AL. After a long stressful night of being stranded in a parking lot over night , we were picked up by AAA the morning of 3/** and towed to a service dealership where I was told they would not be able to look at our vehicle until the next week. I then contacted another dealership and they told me the same. I finally contacted Lynch Chevrolet Cadillac of Auburn and spoke to Chase in the service department explaining our issue. We needed to get to FL, we could not wait until the next week for the vehicle to even be looked at and based on what I'd told him I suspected was wrong with the vehicle, could he PLEASE at least look at it if I had the truck towed to his shop. He agreed to look at it, we contacted AAA again to have the vehicle towed there and they immediately brought it into their service department to look at it. While I waited I was treated so kindly by the staff in the service department. They engaged me in conversation, offered me snacks and drink and were just extremely polite and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable and it was almost as if I had known them longer than the 1hr or so I was in their shop. They were able to fix my vehicle, provided me with some oil for the road due to a severe leak expressing great concern for us knowing we still had about 8 hours in our journey to FL and charged me NOTHING as it was a minor issue. I dont do reviews, but this expression of kindness in my and my family's distress this day warranted a positive review for a company and employees that show a level of care and concern for their customers regardless of where they're from or what they look like. The world needs more people these great people of Lynch Chevrolet Cadillac of Auburn.

My husband and I were visiting down from North Carolina and we had a flat tire but, we have a 2019 Land Rover and no other dealership in Auburn would touch it until we called Robert at Lynch and he was so helpful and knew a lot about my car. I came in Saturday to get the tire changed and also, he showed me some cool things about my car that I didn't know about. Thanks again Robert!!!Service: Tyres

I had two sets of railings for my Cadillac suv when I went in and when I went to use them the following week the still wrapped set along with the clamps were gone. The used one remained. No one else used my vehicle since the oil change. So if you must go there check your belongings in your storage/spare compartment before and after, I recommend taking a photo with your phone prior to turning the vehicle over to themService: Oil change

Not great took a vehicle with no problems for a tune up oil change and check engine light and nothing got fix parts replaced didn't stay example they put a sensor for the signal light days later it stopped working had to take back cause it was misfiring due to the bad tune up check engine light never was off and now vehicle doesn't drive and they want me to pay for them to fix because I got stuck because this was just before the pandemic hit I would not suggesting this place to my worst enemy take and get your vehicle's checked, fixed, and purchased else where

Scheduled with them online for oil change to be performed on the second day. Received two confirmation emails from their service manager immediately about the appointment.Arrived on time at dealership for appointment. Was told the appointment was canceled and that the oil change is supposed to be first come first serve.Cancellation of service needs to be communicated with customer beforehand. If oil changes were first come first serve, why was the appointment confirmed, twice? This was a waste of everyone's time and was very unprofessional.
