Everyone here was so kind and helpful! I went in needing a watch sized (which another jeweler in Auburn had turned down since it wasn’t a nice enough brand…) and they told me they could do it no problem. After the first adjustment it was still too loose so they took it back and took our one more link no problem! While they were working on my watch I had such a lovely conversation with one of their employees! I ended up also leaving with a beautiful ‘pre loved’ Jesus 10k gold charm (which was priced very well). I would HIGHLY recommend this place and now consider it my favorite jeweler in Auburn.

I had a ring that needed a repair. After trying another store that wasn’t able to help me, I took it to Jewelry By Design and they were able to fix it right away. The person at the counter listened to my concerns and was able to have the jeweler fix the ring. Thank you!!

Absolutely love Jewelry by Design! My husband and I both had our rings custom designed by their wonderful team 4 years ago. The quality is amazing and they look stunning. Even though we now live out of town, we come back here to have the rings checked and cleaned. The team here is always so friendly and welcoming. I won’t go anywhere else for my jewelry needs! Thank you!!

We have dealt with Jewelry by Design since the 1990s and have had nothing but great experiences. They have done repairs, appraisals and helped us however they could. My wife's diamond came from JBD and my brother's wife and my wife's boss, etc. They offer the best custom designs anywhere around!

I have had jewelry repaired at Jewelry by Design many times. Mark and Tammy have an incredible staff. Their pricing is good, and they usually had anything I had repaired done in the time promised. I feel confident leaving my jewelry there. Over the years, I have had nothing but good service from them. Highly recommend!!

I love this business!My Mom’s only wish for her 84th birthday was to go “look” at the pretties. The staff was so kind and even wrapped her small purchase and sang to her. Thank you does not express the gratitude of making my Mom feel special on her day.
