Ryan was helping me to find excellent condition of the used car with cheaper price than market. The working with him was pretty fun and nice. He is the honest and kind guy. The other people are very welcome and polite. First day, I failed to get new car due to lack of finance. But just the second day, he offered me a great condition of used cars and I got the best-fit-for-me car in terms of price point and versatility. I am now fully satisfied. I think this place is great place if you have 3 or 4 hours of free time and you are willing to negotiate the deal. They might give you a reasonable price first (their website has shown it) and you can get very reasonable price at the end of the dealing.They have done excellent their job. Rating 5 stars.

For anyone in search of buying a car, Hyundai of Auburn is the best place that I have visited for an stress-free and straightforward purchase. During my own purchase, I was helped by Mr. Rob Ray. I conveyed my requirements to him, and he promptly provided me with different choices, mentioning the advantages and disadvantages succinctly, without wasting time. Without a doubt, it was the most exceptional experience.

found exactly what we needed…a affordable college car for myself. We stopped by on a whim and was greeted at the door by Brandon who was able to assist us right then. He made the buying process very welcoming and comfortable. We were able to test drive and get through the finance office all in a few hours collectively. The car has been great and I highly recommend this dealership. Brandon Bullard was an amazing sales person and helped us work out any kinks we ran into along the way.

Gypsy was incredible! She was so informative and made us feel at home! I highly recommend calling and asking for her! She didn’t “try to sell” us on anything, she just made us feel comfortable and told us all of the features of our new car. She had our best interest in mind! I paid a visit to Hyundai of Auburn from Atlanta looking for a vehicle that I had been eyeing for a while. Before making the drive over, I was in contact with Rob Ray. Let me tell yall, Rob was a great salesman and an even better all around person. He showed me the vehicle, answered all my questions, and is very upfront about their prices! Went to the dealership in Auburn, had a pleasant experience with the Sales person Gypsy she was amazing, but the financial manager is not very professional, we got there at 11:30 am picked out a car, they had good numbers until we said we had a trade in, the financial manager knew the whole time the persons credit score and not once said anything about a co signer and because we didn’t except the trade in dollar amount knowing $500 was truly not the trade in value of the vehicle, he then says well you need a co signer! After sitting there 5 hours and not have the decency to come speak to us when the sales person said she would get him to come over to us for the final talk! I feel for the sales person she missed out on a sale and they lost a customer. I highly don’t recommend dealing with the financial manager! It’s said we wasn’t asking for much but a decent price on our trade in , which we know could have gotten at least $2000 for it. $500 is a slap in the face!

Company persistent on sending a “ diagram “ of parts needed. But fails to know some parts already include. Seems like no one knows their product here. I work at car wash and call dealerships all the time to order parts. Never have I had so much troubles. I got double parts , stuff forgotten . Very ridiculous.Bill from parts department sucks! He needs to be retrained or something.Bryan - service manager was able to successfully some parts. Even double of things I did not need nor ordered. Failed to get the things they had in stock already.Chris - the kindest person in the parts department. Very nice and caring for his customers. Knows how to de-escalate . He deserves a raise. Personally brought down missing parts to deliver. He deserves 5 stars .
