This review is long overdue. Payton helped us buy a car over 8 months ago and we couldn't have been happier with the service we got from him and the rest of the team. He was patient and kind and at least pretended not to be horrified by my terrible driving history. I will 100% seek him out when buying my next car. Way to go, Hyundai!

Bought a car here on 6/17/24 and everything seemed good to go. Less than 30 days (7/19) later the car breaks down on the interstate and has to be towed back to the dealership. The service department fixes the vehicle and gets it back to me in a day.
On 8/13/24 the car breaks down again for a similar issue and has to be towed back to the dealership for repair. I pulled the service history and this vehicle was having issues a month before I purchased it.
The dealership sold me a car they knew was having issues and continue to skirt responsibility for this.

My wife and I stopped by Hyundai of Auburn in hopes of trading our car in. Brandon Bullard met us at the door and was a tremendous help! He was willing to explain any thing we had questions regarding too and made the experience wonderful! Definitely made the car buying experience which is usually dreadful an easy and very less stressful experience! Without a doubt I would recommend him to friends and family!
