If you're an international person, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They totally screwed up my family's tax return and had zero competence about anything. They didn't even bother to check my visa type and ended up filing me as a non-resident by mistake. Because we needed ITIN number for my husband, we were paper filing. When I caught their error, I called them and asked not to send the papers until they fixed the petition. But they sent it anyway and advised me to file another one online as a resident. And they filed a new petition in a single week. As a result, the IRS got all confused and slapped us with a $3,000 charge. I bought "peace of mind", but guess what? It didn't cover anything for me. I could have filed myself better without paying for this "service".

I booked an appointment in advance, in addition I showed up early around 5:10 for my 5:30 appointment. Around 5:30 the woman at the front desk notified me that my tax professional was not coming in, and that I could not be helped. Do the tax professionals not have cell phones to notify in advance if you are not coming in? That's now how you operate a business. Took my business elsewhere.
