“AU parents, you're wasting your money on hotels. One stay at Crenshaw house and you'll never want to stay anywhere else in Auburn again. Erica and her staff are friendly, attentive and utterly professional. The rooms are amazing and the food is exceptional. Highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday and getting her moved back in for her Senior year. This is our favorite place to stay in AU. We stayed here and did the golf cart tour of the campus during Covid in 2021 and fell in love with Auburn. The rooms are always perfect, staff is so welcoming and the location can't be beat, the golf cart shuttle around town is so fun!
Special shout out to Nancy, Sam, Mary Brooks and Michael - ya'll were so accommodating and fun to meet!”

“The general manager Laponya is a treasure. She is so warm and welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable as she answered all my questions. She cared for all my concerns with the utmost courtesy and attention. I will most definitely be extending my stay. I think she is a valuable asset and very, very charming. Housekeeping is extremely attentive and amenable. All in all, Inn Town and Suites is a luxurious find if you're in the area.”

“I booked through booking com and even though my listing didn't include breakfast, they still included a complimentary one, which is a very pleasant surprise! My second stay in a Tru chain, I will continue choosing them.”

“Best bar in Auburn and I frequent anytime I’m in town. Stylish decor, tasty drinks and friendly Auburn-loving staff. The holiday decor on the rooftop was adorable and made for great pics.”

“Room was great- but we had an issue with the toilet in the bathroom and it took until the next day to get it resolved. Certain members of the front desk team did not seem to be interested in getting it resolved sooner”

“Suite was fabulous. Outdoor pool. Great breakfast. Easy 9 drive to campus. Cleaning staff could do a better job on the hard floors but otherwise no issues at all.”

“Love the beds, they where so much more comfortable then the once we had at the casino in Mississippi thank god. There was coffee in room witch is a plus need a little updating on bathroom and carpet floors but it was very nice the lady that check us in was very nice and got us on the first floor witch is prefect since it was late and I was very tired. No pool disappointed if you have kids but we came in late so it was fine

Rooms: Clean, and the best are so soft

Safety: I seen cameras outside in parking lot always a plus, she was watching the cameras when arrived”

“I have stayed at this wonderful hotel several times, visiting with my husband, who has dementia. The front desk staff, manager, cleaning service, and restaurant staff were five stars compared to other hilton properties. Most highend hotels like Hilton and Marriott properties do not have complimentary breakfasts. But, the breakfast at this Hilton Garden Inn was delicious and priced less than popular breakfast restaurants. Also, Hilton will include a breakfast in your room charge when you make reservations or at check-in. I hope this clears the problem the visitor had with no complimentary breakfasts. Maybe a 3* or some 4* hotels have free breakfast.
The staff at this hotel took care of me when I had one of my recurring falls and watched my husband for me. This hotel is my home away from home. I am 76 years old and have stayed in hotels all across the US, and this hotel is the best!”

“I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment. I travel for a living, and I have stayed at much more expensive places that were not as clean. This bed was so comfortable, the pillows are actually pillows that don't sink to the bed when you lay your head down. I like that they don't have carpet in their rooms. Most hotel carpets are disgusting. I don't usually stay at hotels that have doors on the outside, but this location is by Auburn University and is in a safe and quiet area. I was very impressed with the customer service and with my stay.Rooms: Microwave AND mini-fridge!! Very comfortable beds, great pillows. Super clean, no carpet, desk, chair, granite counter on vanity, very clean bathroom.Safety: In a safe, quiet area.”

“The Courtyard Marriott in Auburn is truly a hidden gem. From the moment I checked in, I felt genuinely appreciated as a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, thanks to the exceptional service from front desk staff, Daphne and Keri. They went above and beyond by offering me an upgrade to a king suite, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The property itself is well-maintained, and the rooms are super clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel’s bistro is another standout feature, where I had cocktails and a delightful conversation with Leah, the bartender. Leah’s vibrant personality and excellent service made the evening memorable. With her talent and professionalism, I fully expect her to be the manager of the bistro by the time I return.

Overall, this hotel combines top-notch hospitality, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere, and I highly recommend it for anyone staying in Auburn.”

“This hotel was super clean. Rooms don't have closets just hanging options which was a drawback. The breakfast isn't as elaborate as other chains but the Jimmy Dean biscuit sandwiches were hot and tasty, the yogurt was perfect. I was missing an iron but the front desk provided one. The best parts of the stay: the fresh grinding digital coffee makers and the water dispenser that also dispenses sparkling water! Awesome!”

“Reviews are all over the place but my room was freshly rehabbed, clean and smelled fresh. Pet friendly and Arif was patient with my need to see the room before I booked. Military discount was applied. When I looked at reviews of ALL the hotels in the area I was frankly worried. Some were horrid. But this was a good day and a soft landing for the night. Freezer needed defrosting but otherwise fine.

Noteworthy details: Pet friendly”
