Extremely rude. Website says open till eight. We got there at 5:59 and the sign says temporary hours 10 AM till 6 PM. The woman sitting there had the light off in the door locked. Not only was the website incorrect, she locked the door early. We drove 45 minutes to give this stuff to Goodwill. Horrible customer service. Do not use them. She was rude. She came to the door opened it and still wouldn’t take the few boxes we had. Lazy, worthless, individual. She was sitting behind the desk with the light off, door locked early on her cell phone.

It's quite funny that this is a donation center a drop off center not an actual Goodwill that you going to in shop although the reviews that you look at show that oh this is a great place the moment I walked in I found everything I'm looking for but that's not what it is and the reviews on here are b*******

I stepped in here for a second to look for a specific item and I found it. Somehow i knew it would be here. This place is pretty well maintained and the lady that checked me out was super duper nice. Fantastic experience.

Please note: this Goodwill is a donation center only and not a store! You can just temporarily park right outside the center in the fire lane to drop off your items curbside. You might have to go inside briefly to alert the attendant though. The times I've been, a really nice and kind woman is working. She typically asks you if you want a tax receipt before you can even bring it up (you will need to fill it out), and she warmly thanks you for your donation. Convenient location next to the Cary Creek Publix and the North College/East University intersection. Open seven days a week too.

This is not a retail store, only a donation center. Should not be listed on Google maps as a thrift store.
