I have rented from this location multiple times a year since 2017. While I might agree with the lower ratings from years back, for me, the experience has been exceptional since Amber became the manager. Before she was hired, I would regularly show up on or well before the time of my reservation and end up waiting for hours... without fail. My travel is associated with a group and I typically have 4-5 cars reserved. So I would end up with 20 plus people waiting for hours to begin our journey. This is a college group and we almost always are operating under strict time constraints... having a definitive time by which we must arrive at our destination. Time is always of the essence and leaving 3 hours late for a 6 hour drive is extremely problematic. So, we actually began to build in 3 extra hours just to accommodate the inevitable delays caused by Enterprise. Since Amber became manager, the problems have disappeared! On one occasion, we made a mistake in entering the reservation time online and she was expecting us to show up at 12:00. When we arrived at 9:00, one of the vans we needed had not yet been returned. It was due in at 11:00. She got on the phone and had another van for us within the hour even though the mistake was ours. I have flown into airports in cities late at night only to learn that my three month advance car reservation can meant nothing. No cars at 1:00 a.m.! Or forced to must stand in line for 1.5 hours at 2:00 a.m. Ever seen the Seinfeld about rental car reservations? Anyone who rents cars can relate. I think Amber is a phenomenon manager. She is respectful, humble, insanely patient when things could become tense as they often do at car rental counters (nature of the business), and a master problem solver. She's the kind of manager I'd hire any day. And, no, I do not know her at all outside of this now much more pleasant business relationship.

Car rental place was dishonest He told me I need a major credit card and my ID which I had then they said I needed a utility bill. I said for what ??? so I went to Alamo and got one !! use somebody else!

It's not typically my nature to post negative reviews. I much prefer to praise publicly and criticize privately. However, I have called this office and the main enterprise office over 6 times and cannot get a resolution to my issue or get someone to call me back. So, I have no choice.I found their business practice to be dishonest. When I wanted to speak with someone about it, I was told they don't have any records locally and I had to call corporate. Corporate actually agreed with my concerns, but said they couldn't do anything about it and would need to transfer it to another department. After multiple calls to corporate and the local office without a return call, I've given up. If you are in need of a rental, I would highly encourage you to use another business.

So I reserved a rental car about 2 weeks ago that was supposed to had been ready Saturday. Agent stated he would call around 930 am which never happened. When I called the answering servicing said it was close!!! I didn't get a car until Monday. The Agent Shay didn't have clue as to what was going on or what happen, but was very professional and placed me in a car that looked a little like it had been dinged up a bit but was okay to drive. Well by the time I hit the expressway it started rattling from underneath and front bumper started coming apart. Despite that after speaking on the phone with Ellie she worked to fix the problem (thanks) And Shay had me in another car in 15 min. The Area Mgr. Josh took over from there (very professional) and I'm blessed for the way he handled whole situation. Whoever drop the ball from the start that Friday should be canned!! if not for Josh I'd give it 2 star.

Don't rent from this place. They either refuse to answer their phones or on the off chance that they do they say they are going to put you on hold and then hang up on you. If they are this bad with trying to set up a rental I wouldn't want to enter any kind of contract with people this irresponsible.

I rented a car from Atlanta airport to visit Auburn. On 6/20/22, the car wouldn't start. After receiving a jump from roadside assistance I drove the car to Enterprise on Veterans to exchange the vehicle, as roadside was unable to replace the battery. The employee working that day refused to provide me with a working vehicle. The employee stated that the key fob was missing the valet key and that is the reason the car would not start. He stated I must have removed the key and lost it (the key was never in the fob). He stated this as he was sitting in the running car.... Not only did this employee not understand the functionality of the fob, he sent me back on the road with a defective vehicle and offered no other assistance or alternatives - it was closing time so I'm not surprised.The entire rental experience was a debacle - FYI: airport computers do not interfaces with local sites and most employees are unaware how to handle the situation.

Shaun is the best! My car was hit by another car and the insurance coordinated a rental car through this Enterprise location. Shaun ensured I had a vehicle available the day my car went into the body shop. He went over the rental process in detail and answered all my questions. He was great to work with and made the whole process much easier.

I called for six hours yesterday and tried again for 30 minutes this morning. I have one of their cars and can NOT get them on the phone. I finally called the 1-855 customer service number and they were able to get them on the phone and transferred me. Don't rent from them if you might have any need to get in touch with them. You won't be able to. After I was transferred the guy that I talked to told me they're just very busy. I understand busy but I answer phones where I work and manage to take every call. They didn't answer their phones for six straight hours. Well I take that back. Once they did pick up and immediately hung it right back up so it would stop ringing. Terrible customer service.

I reserved a Full size car and went there during the office open hours, but no staff!When called, I was told they are supposed to open at noon. However, Summer (Enterprise agent) who came at noon said they are open from 7AM???♂️oneLater she told only Intermediate car is available. But we reserved full size and tried calling other locations and they say not available because of long weekend!!She also said she will mark the fuel tank empty(it was 3/4th) so I can return the car empty. However, after she spoke to her manager things changed and she can’t do that!If cars are not available, Enterprise should have notified us either through call or message…!Very bad customer service and don’t feel responsible or be accountable too even for their mistakes.They don’t deserve to be in business.

The staff at this place never picks up my call, I went there during the office open hours, but the staff left for early lunch. I have my reservation, and couldn't pick up the car for two days now. I am not sure, if the staff will be ever there to pick up my insurance rentalFor the staff at this location: what does it take for you to keep your phone ringer on?
