“I went in this store thinking I was going to have to do a factory reset on my phone be cause Verizon customer service said go to Verizon store and Verizon store sent me here. Jack met me and I told him I was ready to cry with my Samsung 24 ultra I have had for 4 months had me locked out. I don't have a password to login. I use a pin. He took my phone and came back in about 2 minutes and said put your google password in. My jaw could have hit the floor. Thank you so much. I highly recomend!!! And you made my day.”
