Eagle Imports has been the best to work with! Almost two years ago, I was having issues with my VW Tiguan and they got me in as soon as they could and had great customer service throughout the whole process. Just recently, I was having trouble again with the same part and not only did they get my car worked on in a very timely manner, but they went above and beyond by comping the entire repair, despite being just out of the warranty period. They have been so easy to work with in the past few years! Their customer service is top notch and I'm extremely grateful for this great of service to be in the Auburn area. I highly recommend Eagle Imports for anyone needing repairs!

My driver side door was bent to the point of not closing due to an malfunctioning apartment gate closing on it. I took it in and spoke with Drew who had it opening and closing again like butter. Thank you eagle imports! You guys rock!

My wife took her car there and the heater was working before we dropped it off, when we got it back the heater didn’t work anymore and when she told them about it they said it was something else that they wasn’t responsible for now we been having problems out of this car ever since. College kids don’t take your car there. They are messing up your car so you can bring it back so you can keep spending moneyService: General repairs & maintenance

We were on a trip when our BMW started having trouble. We took it somewhere that directed us to Eagle. They were so busy but took time out to help us get back on the road. They were helpful and professional.

I went there two days ago want to fix my horn. One of the worker said come tomorrow and we will fix it for you and i told him that I need this car the same day , he said yes we will get the part and fix it in one day. I dropped my car early in the morning although one of my friends told me that they will take my money. I went to pick my car at the end of the day and found them did nothing . They said it can’t be done even tomorrow, not only that they charge me 100 dollars for nothing . Very inconvenient.
