I tried to exchange an item, i didn’t have receipt but they ask if you want a receipt or not so I didn’t get one well the manager refused to exchange the item, he is very rude will not shop this store again

Managers should be ashamed of themselves. Whenever I go to this dollar tree they do not have any bags. Managers, you are putting your employees in an uncomfortable and tough situation. Do better and make sure you have bags, it’s not hard.
