I went there today because I needed a T-shirt. So Im looking for a cheap shirt. I man asked if I needed so help. I told him what I needed . He sends my to another associate. I tell the lady what I looking for she. She tell me to go to a different store. I see alot of shirts in price I'm willing to spend but she trys to send to another store. So I start walking to the other store. As walking away she flags me down and shows me what I needed. I thought it so weird how they didn't want to sell me a shirt. I'm glad the lady redeem yourself.

My husband & I took our girls shopping for dresses for their 8th grade formal. Brittany Strozer, the Juniors Business Manager, came to our aid & made the experience a breeze! She assisted us with colors, ideas, grabbing more dresses, as well as dressing rooms & fittings! Needless to say, both of our girls found what they were looking for. She was definitely in the right place at the right time.

EXCELLENT customer service in the kid’s department!! Mallory, Jada, and Que have been amazing. The past few times we’ve gone we’ve had at least one of them help us and they have been very patient, helpful in finding styles and sizes, and they are very genuine, kind people. It reminds me of the good ole days of true customer service! It’s refreshing to see not only one person, but a team of people being so helpful ?

I bought christmas tree today with 75% off. I was asking to open it before I buy it but they said ‘no’ because that is new item. But after I bought it condition was awful as a picture and different item is in it. So I came back to Dillard’s and ask to exchange it but they said no exchange and no return even item was defect or something. I have to contact manufacturer by myself to handle it. But the worst thing is product is not what I should have. I bought 700 dollars christmas tree but inside 70 dollars cheap tree is in it. I can’t believe this situation happened at Dillard’s. When you buy defect or something in Dillard’s with clearance, you should handle it by yourself. That is Dillard’s rule.Update : After I sent email and post this review, I got an email from assistant manager that she would refund it. But still it was unpleasant experience. Nobody knows this fancy department gave that service. I had similar happen at Dirt cheap about 2 years ago before they closed. Different thing is I spent 20 dollars at that moment, not 194 dollars.

I am an elite card holder, this was my first time at this location since I’m new to the area. I spent 400 dollars and wanted some gift wrapping. When I got to customer service and told them I needed 3 gifts wrapped the lady went on a rant on how she told them she couldn’t do wrappings and now she had to wrap 3 gifts by herself. She proceeded to talk to us in a rude tone and she kept tapping the card machine and telling me how it is waiting for me to press something with a nasty attitude. I remained calm, never said anything and just waited for my stuff. I had never felt so disrespected, I understand retail can be difficult but why take out on customers.
