The girl at the register with the glasses keeps an attitude. So mean today she miscounted my deposit on my card and made my visit longer. She rushed me to self checkout while she was checking out an older lady . Like you don’t have to sing a jingle but the rudeness is uncalled for . Not me moving my son here thinking this place was better these college towns produce the worse customer service from these kids . I won’t bother her again the world has 1000 CVS’s

This CVS is awful. I pulled up to the drive-thru for a potentially life-saving medication for an elderly family member. Was told it was $1700 and there was nothing they could do about it. Had the medication transferred to Walmart on South College, who worked with me and helped get the medication for free. This location is unhelpful and cruel.

Everyone seems to like working here and it shows based on how they handle customer service! Very understanding in pharmacy and lots of deals, care-passes are genuinely worth it here.

My spouse fainted after the vaccination. The pharmacist was very helpful to provide comfort and care until my spouse is fully recovered.My young child got used to visits to "doctors" always end with a sticker. The staff at check-out overheard us explaining to our child that there is no sticker today. That staff called us back to give our child a sticker.These kind of care is what makes CVS our favourite pharmacy. Thank you to both the pharmacist and the check-out staff!

jenny’s the realest. love the atmosphere and it is actually clean and organized. the bad reviews for this store are actual jokes and it’s very clear THEY are the problem, not the staff here just trying to do their jobs ??
