The pharmacist at CVS , Glenn Dean store, Auburn, Al is always very helpful in thoroughly explaining medicines. I’m always confident that my prescriptions have been screened for potential drug interactions, and that any special directions have been clearly printed on the labels , as well as, stated to me by a pharmacist or the pharmacy technician.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The wait times are ridiculously long and phone system is hard to use. You have to wait an hour just to speak with someone. Will be using a different pharmacy next time.

DO NOT use this CVS's pharmacy. I understand that places are understaffed, but this pharmacy was just awful. I use many CVS's all over, and I've never been treated so badly. I had to get some prescriptions transferred to this CVS and SAINAUTH KAMATH answered the phone extremely rude. He only answered me if I asked him a yes or no question. He was very short, and he shoved my request off and then hung up in my face. So, I assumed it was because they were overworked that he was rude with me, so I came in ,because I was STILL UNSURE IF THEY EVEN TRANSFERRED MY INFO BC IT WAS NEVER CONFIRMED,I tried to give him another chance by saying "Hey how are you?" as a greeting and he just stared at me. Then I said "So you're doing good I guess?" And he just rolled his eyes. Then, once I told him who I was he interrupted and said "we're working on it." So I told him I didn't want him to make it anymore and I'd go back to the CVS on college street. He said "just call them then." And I said "okay have a great day" and walked out. No one there cared about how they treated me , or did their job efficiently. I need my prescriptions, and I still don't have it because of them. I've transferred my prescriptions many of times, so I know they can do it over the phone quickly, but instead he said "I'll call them." Then hung up in my face. I don't think anyone without manners or customer service skills should be handling anyone's health/medication.

Don't close early and not serve customers that were standing in line well before closing time! No thanks to Marcus at Glenn Dean CVS in Auburn.

Came in for two prescriptions. First person I dealt with showed me where to get it over the counter for half the money.5 minutes later another person came and told me about a coupon online to cut the price of my 2nd prescription in half.Safe to say I will pass by 5 pharmacies to get to this one . The future!

Pharmacist was rude and condescending. She “huffed” and sighed repeatedly, interrupting my questions with condescending remarks. I only called this location because it was the only one open at that time of the night. I will not make the mistake of returning to this location.
