To be honest I had a very good image of this pharmacy, but this particular location, the one in Auburn in South College, left me with a very bad feeling and a very sour taste in my mouth.I arrived urgently needing medicine to calm the pain in my arm that had just been operated on and they told me that the medicine would not be ready until the next day.The next day I arrived and it wasn't ready either. They told me to wait half an hour. I told them I didn't have that much time, I had to go to work.Three days passed and the pain went away. The medicine was supposed to relieve pain after the operation. I just grabbed the antibiotics and left. Why pay extra for a medicine that is no longer going to help me at all?Very badly. Taking into account that there are patients with pain who cannot wait, these medications have to be ready much sooner.

Over an hour to fill a prescription which was just liquid antibiotic. All they had to do was grab it from the shelf. Extremely lazy workers

Honestly really disappointed. I came into the pharmacy needing a shot urgently and the pharmacy technician told me she didn't have time for me. Went across the street to Walgreens and they were actual medical professionals who helped me out. Will be transferring all my prescriptions out of this pharmacy and will never return... food for thought. This place is just a pill dispenser.

Rude pharmacy tech with a smart mouth. Rushed me for no apparent reason and had major attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day but still doesn't mean you can behave that way to customers. Likely seeking another pharmacy for the future

The staff could do better with how they greet and treat their customers. Basic norms.. Would avoid coming here in future.

I went into cvs looking for razors and the man in the front was so sweet and helpful. Kentavious was his name. make sure you ask for him next time you go.

I am so mad.I drove 28 miles to get to this 24-hour pharmacyTo find thatThe pharmacy is closed. This does not set well with meI called earlier to verify hoursAll I could get was voice animationAnd it said the only time it was closed was during lunch for 1/2 of an hour otherwise it's open 24 hoursThis Being inconvenient is an understatementThis is totally unacceptable. Both Google and CVS need to get their acts cute togetherAnd print out an accurate schedule of their hoursAnd their pharmacy hoursIf they're freakingPharmacy hours close at 8 then post it... there are no excuses. It is 9:01 p.m. on a Saturday night in Auburn AlabamaI am in dire need of this medicationIt don't look like I'll be getting it tonight and tomorrow is Sunday good luck I appreciate you CBSNot really

I am a sophomore at Auburn currently living at 221 Armstrong. I am in no way stretching the truth when I say that this CVS is the only thing standing between myself and severe hunger. I like to think of myself as a fairly optimistic guy, but even I know there are few sure things in this life. This CVS is one of those things. 24HRS 7 days a week. No games. The world could be ending and they would still be open. Scorched earth and they’re still in here serving the people. I hope to one day get married inside this CVS. Maybe raise my kids here, who knows.

Went to have a prescription filled a couple of weeks ago. Was told it was going to be about an hour or an hour and a half. Since it was days before qualifying exams for my masters program, I decided to try and wait it out instead driving to my house back, then back to cvs, and then back to my house, because I had my computer and could study. About an hour goes by, and all I hear from the other side of the cash registers is gossipy talk, complaining and conversations of “when did you get here?” “Oh, so we both get off at seven,” etc. I ended up getting sick of hearing it and bought a couple gaterades and asked the girl who had just clocked in and who was checking me out how much longer it would be. A girl, who had not helped me the first time but had just overheard the initial conversation, chimed in before she could inquire with them and said “an hour to an hour and a half at least”. I went home, living less than two miles from the cvs and right after I kicked off my shoes and got set up at my desk I received a message my prescription was ready. Less than 15 minutes later. Unprofessional and unhelpful due to the pettiness and disregard of customer service from pharmacy staff. Highly recommend going to the CVS on Glenn Avenue instead of this one. I’ve never had a problem with them, and pharmacy staff member Lee is my favorite. Always so kind, even when backed up with “17 prescription orders” to fill before my own, unlike south college.

Never went to the pharmacy but I have been several times just to pick up a few things. I love the store layout and friendliness of the cashiers. A great place to go to pick up over the counter meds, college supplies, or any other small items. Definitely saved me with them being open 24 hours when everywhere else is closed at night.
