I’ve been a customer with the CVS at Bakers Bridge and Carothers Pkwy in Franklin, Tn. for 22 years. I’ve witnessed a lot of changes through the years. Within the past 6-12 months, the pharmacy has made major changes to improve efficiency and customer service with my pharmacy needs. The pharmacy staff is friendly and efficient, especially Chris, who has been there forever! I recently decided to start using the CVS app so I can view the status of my prescriptions as they are being filled and place refills for my meds. I usually receive a text when they are ready as well. Give them a try with your pharmacy needs:)

Aleshia went beyond the call of duty in helping me with a photo order. I am disabled and she offered to bring a photo to me so that I could have it for my wife for Christmas. I cannot begin to express my appreciation to her for her service. CVS. Glenn Avenue,Auburn, Alabama

The shopping staff are very sweet. Most all of the pharmacy employees are also very kind and helpful.

Machines are broken and staff is incredibly rude. Just got back from here, been at this location at least 20 times before and had no issue. The past couple of times, however, the card reader was broken and it took the cashier twenty minutes to give up on trying the card over and over and just move us over to another register. Tonight, same issue and self check out wasn't working either. Asked the cashier politely if we could try another register and she refused, calling the manager up front instead like she didn't believe the machine didn't work? My boyfriend had a really long irritating day and asked if anyone could fix this issue and the cashier repeated his words to the manager in as exaggerated and ridiculous a manner as possible, and even though we both continued to be polite ("yes ma'am", "thank you", etc) the manager kept chiding him for being upset like some power hungry elementary school teacher with an unruly child. Absolutely uncalled for. They also didn't give him a receipt, even though that's required, presumably so that we didn't know their names. Either way, it's whoever works at 9 pm on Wednesdays, so buyer beware, especially around this shift.
