They did great work despite me being impatient. Very professional, install looks good, rides better. I got a 2.5" JKS suspension lift kit 17" ProComp Wheels and some 34"x12.50" tires. They installed all of it in a day (after waiting for shipping). There was some confusion about my spare, but I simply showed up and they got it taken care of. Great place to get work done. Would recommend. ?Shoutout to Brandon (I think I spelled it right?), he was very kind and invited me behind the desk to look at some options and talked me through the pros and cons of each option. Props to him for his patience with me and expertise. Thanks again!

Took my Jeep to have a lift and driveshaft installed along with an alignment. I used google reviews to decide on doing business with this place so I will describe my experience to possibly help the next person decide.- driveshaft was not installed properly, possibly not torqued to spec, leading to the pinion bearing failing and my differential having to be replaced. There was bad grinding sounds from the rear end. Also, driveshaft has one grease point and there was no grease in it. Me and my girlfriend were left stranded out of town and had to spend $400 on a rental car while the Jeep was in the shop.- there is bump steer and loose steering which could be caused by a few things that I am hunting down. There was no mention of it or any solutions, they just sent my girlfriend home in a jeep that was borderline dangerous to drive. I went to a different shop to get an alignment print out and the specs are not close to what the lift instructions call for.- I supplied the parts and the boxes were all unopened. The driveshaft company gifts a tshirt with their driveshaft, I never received the shirt. It may or may not have been in the box but something I feel worth mentioning.- took my jeep to them for a 750 mile re-torque appointment. I voiced my concerns about the steering and rear end grinding sound and they said they would look into it. They had my jeep for a couple hours and said everything looked good, and since it’s a 2 door jeep the steering is gonna be a little worse because of the wheelbase. I asked again about the sound and a different gentleman was there and mentioned it’s backlash noise. That’s when I knew that they had an idea of what they screwed up. I then left with no fix to the jeep.I have had multiple Jeeps and had this same lift installed on a different one at a different shop and never had issues like this. The shop was clean and the employees were nice but either they are incompetent or they screwed up and weren’t willing to admit it.

CTU leveled my truck, tinted my windows and mounted my wheels they did a great job. They even patched my bed liner from an incident I had with a piece of equipment.Later I had an issue with a lug nut that broke (not striped) when rotating the tires (was not one of CTUs lugs). They were very helpful and incredibly removed the broken lug nut without damaging my expensive wheels or the stud on the hub.

I have always used CTU for my window tinting. Although I haven’t being in 10 years the service was better. I went in for tint removal and to put in new tint. My experience wasn’t good with them at all, I was there for six to seven hours. After I found out they had messed something up in my door, I went back there. I was still there waiting when they closed to get it fixed, this should’ve being check before they brought the car around. This is so ridiculous, why did I have to wait for a long period of time and I just left. This should’ve being a easy fix.???

The incompetence of this establishment and its staff is just beyond me. I’ve been a repeat customer for 10 years plus and as the years went on they’ve become worse and worse. I had a full kryptonite front end installed over a year ago and with in a few months the idler arm went bad due to manufacture defect. It was also assumed by Ctu mechanics that the pitman arm may have defects as well. It took weeks for Ctu to get the warranty idler arm due to the lack of taking care of existing customers. So I was forced to drive around with a known broken part. Idler arm was replaced and had alignment issues where they advised the leveling kit on the truck was causing the issues. Had a 4” cognito lift put on to remove leveling torsion keys and started to get a pop in the front end. I went back up to Ctu under the suspicion the pitman arm was failing. They decided to rule out the pitman arm for the popping noise and told me the steering gear box was now the problem. So fed up with Ctu and the mechanics there I decided to get more opinions on the issue. 2 other shops confirmed the pitman arm had play in it. Ctu doesn’t want to be held accountable for anything they install and warranty. Highly recommend you take your vehicles else where to be worked on.
