“I really like Auburn University Federal Credit Union for so many reasons, but placing holds on established accounts in good standing ALL THE TIME is getting a bit old. I am actually considering going to another financial institution that is NOT so inconvenient and will NOT place holds on established accounts in good standing. I have worked in credit unions and banks so I understand the idealogy behind holds, but your use of holds is getting ridiculous and I may be a past customer soon.”
