Went to cash check from lawyer for car wreck & check was from this bank. Traveled hr & half to this chase bank since it was closest to be told NO by this location that they couldn't cash their own check. It is so unprofessional & inconvenient to treat people & refuse to cash your own check. I had to go outside & made online account then went back in to cash check then turned around and closed account right after they cashed check. The look on the faces of the manager was priceless! Screw chase bank. Morons

Walked into bank with check that was drawn on jp Morgan chase bank as teller literally made me wait for 1 hr telling me she had to change password because of some reason but literally kept my check n id n walked off for 15 min then was told that they would cash it endorsed it stamped it and after someone made sign to her she said oh it's for deposit only as if I'm dumb and didn't know that if it was check would say that asked to speak to manager and then was informed she is rudely...very racial bank and teller horrible customer service

Mr.Blake did a beautiful job be open my account. And the staff was very good very good customer service the manager in Chase Bank in Auburn, Alabama is the best manager in the Chase Bank in the world!!!I will give them??????????

The worst customer service ever. They are very unprofessional. The people who work here are not open to seeing customers as a walk in. Drove over 1 and a half hours as this is the closest Chase in Alabama to me. I arrived around 10:00am and I just needed to open a checking or saving account. There were 3 bankers in this branch today. Two of them were just standing around talking to each other and the one who was supposed to see me was very busy. After waiting a long time, I was told that I needed an appointment. Wasted my time.

Leaving one star due to not allow 0 , but this bank refuses to take a cash deposit to one of there account holders , Refusing Cash in America already!! welcome to Comunismo Auburn Alabama !

This bank branch is the absolute worst. I went in to the lobby to sign-up for a credit card and was told that they couldn't help my unless I had an appointment. And the next one available was in three hours. The bank had three employees and only one was busy. So I walked out and won't go back again. In addition, I will close both my Chase Savings and Checking accounts. I really don't want to do business with a bank where I need an appointment to walk into the lobby. I always thought that banks were supposed to be of service to people. Well, not this one. It's very poorly run and unprofessional. It's just too bad that the lowest rating is 1-star, they didn't even deserve that! Bye Chase...!!!

My son is being racially profiled and accused of committing fraud for simply trying to deposit his reimbursement check for a flood that happened in his college apartment that ruined everything we purchased for him to come from Florida to Alabama to attend college. It’s his money and the bank has been holding it for the past 5 days for no apparent reason and to use the fraud word adds insult to injury. I had him to call again and customer service again used the fraud word after the branch actually spoke to the insurance company who sent the check. All information was verified by them even what the check was for and my sim provided them with all the information they requested of him. This is unacceptable no other customer would have had to go through this foolishness!!! All black young men are not criminals! I am disgusted that this is happening to him and I’m in floe and can’t do anything but this will definitely be investigated by my legal counsel!! Sadly to say I’ve e been a Chase customer since they were Washington mutual and I advised my son to open a college with them.

I'm giving a 3 instead of a 1 because my local branch has been amazing in trying to help me. Last week my account was negative. I deposited a check to get out of the negative. I knew there would probably be a hold for a day or 2 due to it being $5000. What I was not expecting was the week and half hold they would place on it. When I called to ask someone if there was anything I could do, the women I talked to was very rude and told me that no one could help me, not even a manager. At that point I went to my local bank to see if they could help. They tried everything the could but their hands were tied as it needed higher up approval. Still not mad at this point as they at least tried. My problem is that they are holding this check for over a week and no one can tell me why. It's not a personal check, it's from a reputable company and a large bank, so I know there is absolutely no way they are having to wait over a week to verify the funds, which is what it says online. I just want answers and keep getting the run around. Once this is all said and done I am more than likely changing banks. Just be honest with people. They could have at least released half of it so my account wouldn't be negative anymore. Now it just keeps going more into the negative all so they can collect $34 fees!

I was here couple of months ago to open an account for my wife. The hospitality was really good. But, the rep had 0 knowledge of what he was doing. Firstly it took him more than 2 hours to open the account and when we it was opened, the billing address was wrong (different state and my county as recorded as the city lol). Secondly, he told us that the promotional signup bonus was applied on our account and today we got to know that it was not applied. Well at least train your employees with the basics. Never going back here again

I love this bank! The workers were excellent. All my questions were answered in a a professional manner with no hesitation.My wait time to be helped was very proficient with no wait time at all. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this branch. I’m greeted as soon as I walk in and asked if I need help. When I opened my account it was easy and quick. My only complaint is that there is basically no parking.

I was really disappointed in this branch. We had been instructed that we had to go physically to a branch in order to do what we needed. At no point were we instructed to make an appointment. Nor have I ever had to make an appointment at a bank. Apparently the Auburn branch was booked with appointments. When we stated that we were unaware that we needed an appointment, they said that you don't, but they could not see us because they were booked. We drove 45 minutes you get to that branch. They were completely unwilling to accommodate us. It just seems like poor business practice to tell people they can walk in and then not help them.
