I moved here 10 months ago. Chase Bank was all over where im from. Now I live 45 min away from the nearest branch. I've been trying to schedule an apt with a manager for months. The company forces you to go to an online booking appointment scheduler. I only get the same message over and over week after week. No apt available. I wondered if it was ATM only. But I gathered from other posts that there are employees at this branch. Is it possible I could walk in and speak with someone ?? I think I'll go to Birmingham office and then close my accounts with them.

Worst banking experience ever. Every time I deposited a check, whether in person, online or in the lobby at the kiosk, they put a hold on it for seven-fourteen days. I’ve never had that issue with Regions. When I went into the bank to question it, they could never give me a straight answer about it. I even verified that funds had already been released by the bank on which the checks were drawn. And when you call the branch, you are disconnected without being able to speak to anyone. Thankfully, this was just an extra account I had, but the fact that they held funds for so long and so many times, I finally just closed the account. I would never refer anyone to Chase for banking.

Drove 45 mins to arrive an hour and a half prior to closing to not be helped and told to make and appt since what I needed done would take over an hour to complete. There was hardly no one present in store and associates appeared not busy and they were having a jovial conversation when I entered. Not helpful at all. Needless to say ill be opening with another bank!. Sad

We visited this branch today and had an excellent experience. With minimal wait time, we could open a new account and make transfers. Great job Chase Auburn!

There is no way to speak to a person at this bank if you call their number. You're put on hold and then it promptly hangs up on you.

Extremely unsafe business practices. This bank's manager asked me to just hand him cash in the middle of a crowded lobby because it was "easier for him", as he was on his way to the back. He did not have time to do what I needed done correctly, and did it the fastest way possible, only to get upset at me when I told him that I needed to ensure I received the paperwork I needed for our accounting department. Bank elsewhere.

Poor costumer service, and that says a lot of a bank agency, they treat you like you are annoying them and bro, you are the customer there. I did my stuffs tho but it was really uncomfortable because of the representative actitud.

This bank never answers their phone.I've tried calling over 15 times per day to speak with someone for past 5 business days. Absolute worse type of assistance and service.

I been banking with Chase for 2 years now. Earlier this week, I went in to deposit a check into my account. Chase placed a hold on my check for 7 days, so I contacted them to see why there was a hold on my account and their excuse was we are waiting for the other bank to clear the funds. So, I called the other bank and went to the other bank branch location and I was told that the funds has already been released on their end. So Chase excuse is they are still waiting on the check to clear and be verified when it’s already been verified. I’ve never had this issue with Chase until now. I am highly disappointed and will be closing my account after my funds are released. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CHASE BANKING TO ANYONE!!! They apparently hold your funds for no reason at all!!

Went to cash check from lawyer for car wreck & check was from this bank. Traveled hr & half to this chase bank since it was closest to be told NO by this location that they couldn't cash their own check. It is so unprofessional & inconvenient to treat people & refuse to cash your own check. I had to go outside & made online account then went back in to cash check then turned around and closed account right after they cashed check. The look on the faces of the manager was priceless! Screw chase bank. Morons
