Friendly & knowlegable staff.They are not open on Saturdays for business.Quality of services have decreased since they bought out the former bank.They cut banking hours and not open for banking on the weekends

Since the name change (twice since Charter Bank) I have experienced errors, issues, and a lack of professionalism I've never seen before and I was there for the Wachovia to Wells Fargo devolution. The app has never worked, not once. You will get handed off if you are able to get someone on the phone. If they make a mistake, they will not tell you what that error was, only that they regret it happening. If someone bought this bank for parts or something, I wish they would let the account holders know.

I open my account when it was charterbank. and then I went abroad for working. I called the customer center yesterday they said it's changed to Southstate bank from Centerstate bank. so in couple years they changed the name of the bank 3 times. and another thing is, I am a business man. I travel alot. everytime i go to different countries my card stop working because i didn't let them know that I will be in different place using my card. I am definitely closing my account when I go back to the states.

Just went to cash a personal check and I didn’t even get a greeting! They didn’t even ask me any information or if I had an account or if I had any interest in depositing. They simply took the check, cashed it, and sent the money back through the slot. Not even a thank you or anything. Dead silence. This on top of all the other horrible displays of customer service I let slide. Totally reconsidered my business with them. Courtesy counts! Especially when it’s MY money!

You acquired Charter Bank. I closed my Charter account years ago. What I don’t understand is how Auburn Bank answers my calls and can give me information on my account until I ask for proof, and then they want me to come into their bank.... that is 400 miles away. I moved away in 2005. I have never done any business with Auburn Bank or CenterState so how do you have access to my information?

CenterState is really disappointing in every aspect. If you need to use mobile banking be prepared to have to call and have your password reset EVERY time even if you just logged in 30 minutes before and also be prepared for the customer service agents ( not at the local branch , but the after hours corporate ones) to hang up on you if they bother to answer at all.

Always a pleasure to deal with. I have used CenterState for both personal and business purposes during the past few years. The Auburn branch is particularly helpful, and has the feel of a community bank. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a bank that offers great hours of operation!

I know it was a tough transition going from charter bank to centerstate but the employees at this branch have always treated me well and been extremely responsive to any questions I ask. If you’re reading this review looking for a bank, I encourage you to give them a try based on customer service alone.

I honestly have not been satisfied with Centerstate since they bought out Charter..... what happened to the Charter Bank customer service? Yikes
