We hired Bolt movers for our move from Nashville to Michigan - 4,000 sq ft.
Movers were very friendly and helpful - besides one major issue. They ran a piece of furniture into our Bosch Refrigerator leaving a massive dent. Fine, mistakes happen. But then they lied about it and WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY BECAUSE THEY AREN’T MOVING THE ITEM.
We had photos taken of our home to put it on the market (see below). I’m sure if we send them the photos we took of our home literally days before the move they’ll understand. NO. They refuse to take responsibility. Do not use Bolt Movers.
Instead:
- Square Cow Movers
- Chandler Boys Moving
- 6th Man Movers
It was a big mistake moving forward with Bolt Movers, don’t make the mistake we did.

Moved from central Washington to Auburn. The process was absolutely seamless and I’ve never seen such hard-working movers. We moved across the country and everything was in tiptop shape. Truly a wonder to work with.

Hired Bolt Movers for a labor only move of unloading U-Haul trucks into a 3rd floor apartment, with no elevator. Marc & Lucasz were extremely professional, prompt, efficient with their time and kept going until the job of unloading all U-Hauls and cars was complete. Highly recommend.

They did a fine job moving from Auburn to Washington state on short notice. Everything securely packed, nothing broken or damaged.

Very nice and respectful young men! They were pleasant, hardworking, and truly a joy to work with.
Not once did they complain, and they consistently made sure we were satisfied throughout the entire process. Their customer service was excellent, and it made our move so much easier. I would gladly recommend them, and your company, to anyone.
