“Where to start. First, I found the Lynch dealership through Sam's Club TrueCar. Once I received a price quote, I called over and got connected with Christy. Super awesome gal! The truck was in transit and she gave me weekly updates. We even went back and forth discussing pricing, accessories, and the urgency of me needing a truck. I'm about to move away and I kind of needed the truck to help tow. No one else withing 100 miles had the same truck at the same price point. Christy called me informing me about the delivery. After a few days, we headed over and made the deal. I expressed that I needed this deal to be quick as I had to pick up my kid from school. Everyone hustled trying to accommodate my timeline. It was awesome! I had a pleasurable experience and I definitely would go back. Thanks Christy!”

“I'm not sure about others, but I had a great experience. I only spoke with Andy other than my initial interaction with the rep who directed me to send my info to him. I used my insurance for my car problems and everything went smoothly, especially with updates, etc. I appreciate the customer service and the other details they included. I'd definitely keep them for any future issues.

“Absolutely ridiculous, good work but these people will have your car for a very long time! I would just rather pay these people upfront with any kind of work they would do from now on. I won't ever file an insurance claim with this shop again! I have another car I want to send in but it would probably be around November when I get it back, good gracious.i am beyond pissed! But the staff has actually been nice so whatever.......update:they do awesome work 100 percent! only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars ⭐ is wait time! but I also am not understanding of body /paint work! ,parts have to come in which takes time! it has to have time to dry and harden etc so 5 stars it is”
