Horrible store. I was walking up to go in a 725pm to run in and get a shirt. The lady walked was locking the door as I walked up and lied and said the other door was open. It was locked. I would have been in the store 5 minutes to get a shirt. She just blatantly lied. I’ll just continue to give Dillards my business. Seem they would want the sale. It’s not like store is running over with business anytime I go in there. Sad

Went in Sunday night at 5:30. (They close at 6). Tried to leave at 5:45. All doors locked. No one seemed to have a key. Finally a “manager” said she had the key but I had to leave out of the side door. My family was still in the main mall area. She gave me a hard time and got visibly angry that she had to get someone e to let me out.

The lady at the customer service was very unwelcoming, she made me take out my own product that i was returning (like ma’am thats your job) and then snatched the receipt. I forgot her name but its starts with a D and her associate number is 001538.

Dirty store. Products are strewn about. Employees have no pride in their work environments. Carpet is stained throughout store. Needs new management that would deep clean store and have Employees straighten their areas. So disorganized, worse than an old kmart that was having a going out of business sale. If you can find them in your size, there are some great discounts.

I placed an order for some shoes. I live 1 hour away. When the shoes arrived, there were two totally different shoes in the box, and two different sizes. One was a 6 and the other was a 7.5. To make it even worse. There was a tag printed from the register that said. To disregard the shoes due to them being a mix match. Place them is the trash bin. I spend a lot of money in this store. Getting my grandchildren back in school. I spent over 2,000 in the past two months in just this store. This is what I get….. shame on the employee that packed this order. I have not returned the shoes because I plan on driving the hour there and the hour back home to take the shoes back and let the store manager know what happened and how I feel.
