every sales person in this store I’ve interacted with is rude and acts like you’re annoying them when you try to buy items in the store. I will no longer shop here.

Such great deal and selection. My complaint is that the women's bathroom was absolutely filthy, no toilet tissue, no soap, and just unacceptable. There was only one fitting room open for women, which was very inconvenient. Shopping in one section and having to walk the entire store length to try on is not a good thing, especially for folks like me...a 65-yr-old woman with hip problems.

Not a good shopping experience. One female dressing room open, one register open for women's clothing. Dressing rooms full of clothing, so there was no where to put the clothes that I had. Everything was all jumbled up in the women's area. However, I did find a few pieces.

I used to love Belk, but every time I've gone in it for the past several months it's been worse than the time before. The store is understaffed, poorly merchandise and downright dirty. If you find something you want to buy, finding someone to check you out is a problem. I feel sorry for the people that do work there, as it must seem to be an impossible job. Honestly, I'm expecting "Going Out of Business" signs to post at any time.

I really took my time and found some really good deals. 3 pairs of Jeans, a sweater, a jacket, pairs of slacks for work. I did not find my shoe size, I still did well finding stuff that I like.
