I bought me a 2019 mini Cooper from James on Monday. James went above and beyond to make it happen. James came all the way to Smiths Station where I live at in the vehicle. 3 weeks ago, We paid SONS Ford in Auburn Alabama over $6000.00 to repair power steering issue AND a clutch/clutch plate issue in my daughters Mustang GT. She drove it under two weeks, which included a trip to visit us in Biloxi MS. A day after she got here, the clutch is "gone". She called SONs Ford, they told her to take it straight to the closest Ford Dealership, and any needed repair will be covered under ford warranty for the work we just paid for. She told them this is urgent, as she needs to return to Alabama for work. It has been one week, they haven't even "diagnosed" her car. They continue to put her off, now not answering my phone calls. SHE NEEDS HER CAR FIXED NOW!OR FORD can pay for a rollback to take it back to Auburn for immediate repair. SOMEONE BETTER GET THIS CAR FIXED.

I've bought at least a dozen new vehicles in my life. Son's Ford is the first dealer that has done everything possible to make sure that my vehicle is done right. And they don't argue about who pays the bill. If it's warranty repair they really bend over backwards to make it happen. I've had my F-250 in there twice and have had no issues with them at all. Thanks again Son's Ford and the guys in the service department and Kayla.

My mom bought a 2023 Ford Escape from Sons Ford In February. We bought some extra warranty coverage in finance and were lied to about where they could be used. We don’t like Sons Ford and wanted to use Opelika Fords service department. When we scheduled a service appointment we discovered we couldn’t use the warranty’s we bought like we were told we could. We decided to cancel the almost $8,000 worth of warranty coverages on 03/19/2024 and my mom accidentally cancelled the gap coverage as well. We went back inside before we even left the parking lot and they said they couldn’t change the cancellation as it had already been processed. Now today 03/26/2024 the warranty company is telling us the cancellation hasn’t even been sent to them from Sons Ford. If I could rate this dealership a 0/5 stars I would. Figured we’d give them a chance since they had the car my mom was looking for and we HIGHLY regret giving them this chance to show they’ve improved.
