“Went there a month ago for my blower motor because it was going out. Just recently took it back because finals are over and I had time to get it fixed. They are knowledgeable and talked me through a lot of the things that I had questions about and on. Had my car ready to go the same day I dropped it off( I know it’s not something major but…). Service is great, able to give estimates, and also reminded me of the warranty. All and all 10/10 and I will be recommending them to others. It’s just nice to know that you can depend on a team of people to get the job done, as I am far from home !”

“Best Truck Buying Experience EverWith low mileage on my current truck, I decided to look around for a replacement. After several weeks of YouTube comparison videos, I decided to look at Nissan’s Frontier Pro. I set a weekend appointment with David Dickinson to drive and evaluate my truck for trade-in. Before my visit, I sent several texts to David with questions that were quickly answered. He spent time discussing my wants and did a great job meeting all my requirements. Great value in my trade-in, a payment with Nissan Assurance I could live with, and a better interest rate than I had from another bank. The Frontier Pro drives great has many safety features, and looks great too. Thanks to Pamela Wilson, the Finance Manager, for making the visit even better. “I own a 2019 Hyundai Kona and the antenna on the roof was knocked off at a drive through car wash. I had been covering the base of the antenna with black trash bag and masking tape. I ordered a new antenna, and needed to remove the trash bag and tape-what a mess! The tape was VERY hard to remove due to being in the sun, etc. Omar, Michael, and Derrick were fantastic in helping me! They had a special solution to remove the tape without damaging the paint finish. I was SO APPRECIATIVE!! They answered all of my questions in a professional manner and did not give up until all the tape was removed-with no damage to my roof! I HIGHLY recommend this business! Will use them again! “Went to Express Oil in Auburn at Auburn Mall on Tuesday, 1/23/24 at 12:50. I needed my truck used checked for low pressure. Manager was very helpful. Donnie jumped right on it and filled all my tires to the proper PSI. Both were very friendly and personable. Best part was they didn’t charge for their time and labor. Great example of what true customer service is supposed to look like.”

Upon accepting the quote I was able to schedule a date to return my vehicle for repair. -1 week.- [ ] Jake stated that it would be 1-2 weeks to complete the repairs. It was exactly 2 weeks as promised. Jake called me after 1 week of service to update me. I thought that was great because communication is important to me.- [ ] The shop was very roomy, modern, clean and beautiful.- [ ] Jake and Kelly was SUPER friendly. Jake makes you feel comfortable and at ease. And, Kelly is a burst of loveliness and sunshine.- [ ] There is an Enterprise satellite office on site. I had the pleasure to work with Quay and Shay. They both were overly accommodating and helpful. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- [ ] The repairs are FLAWLESS. I have to brag on the technicians, they do an excellent job. I know that there is a lot of great shops in town, but I love Ray’s and trust 100% in their ability to get the job done. The repair is seamless. It’s back brand new.- [ ] The shop detailed my car before delivering it back to me. Yes! It was detailed to perfection. I fell back in love with my car again. “Where to start. First, I found the Lynch dealership through Sam's Club TrueCar. Once I received a price quote, I called over and got connected with Christy. Super awesome gal! The truck was in transit and she gave me weekly updates. We even went back and forth discussing pricing, accessories, and the urgency of me needing a truck. I'm about to move away and I kind of needed the truck to help tow. No one else withing 100 miles had the same truck at the same price point. Christy called me informing me about the delivery. After a few days, we headed over and made the deal. I expressed that I needed this deal to be quick as I had to pick up my kid from school. Everyone hustled trying to accommodate my timeline. Let me tell you, she is so sweet and helpful. We set up a time to have my mower picked up. When Jesse got here to pick it up, he said he was going to look at it and see what was going on. I couldn't believe someone would do that. He found the problem and repaired it on the spot. I was so happy and a little shocked that there are still companies who would do that.
