Many residents have enjoyed living there for several years, appreciating the helpfulness of the staff and the community atmosphere. However, the neighborhood faces ongoing issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, which has been a community concern for years. The Wi-Fi rarely works properly, and attempts to fix the problem have been unsuccessful, with management often redirecting residents to the Wi-Fi company, leading to frustration. This persistent issue makes it difficult for residents who study or work from home, especially for college students who rely heavily on good internet service. Security features, such as the gate arm, have also experienced repeated repairs, highlighting some concerns about security measures. Installing surveillance cameras and posting signs could help improve safety and deter crime. Overall, Creekside is a lovely community with many positive qualities, but potential residents should be aware of the ongoing Wi-Fi and security issues.
Lived here for 3 years in college and absolutely loved it. Cute and quaint little college gated community with a ton of amenities. Anytime I had an issue the staff were super helpful both in person and on the phone. If I could do it all over again I’d still chose to live at creekside!
