“I had car trouble on I-59 south heading to Gadsden on a Friday night, and I struggled for a long time to find anyone that could help me on a Friday night. Luckily, Autow's Wrecker & Garage were willing to help. They listened to me explain what happened and when it turned out to be something that can only be fixed in a shop, they offered to help. Unfortunately, they were busy and fully admitted they wouldn't be able to look at it for a while. When I expressed interest in getting my car to some place closer to my home, they recommended a couple of mechanic shops in Fort Payne. They even went above and beyond, and tried to contact the mechanic shop to make sure they weren't too busy, but there was no answer on a Friday night. They also offered to tow my car to that shop in Fort Payne, even though they are based in Attalla. They even got the tow truck headed my way in between our 2 phone calls. The tow truck driver, Jake, did a great job and was friendly and helpful. Autow's went above and beyond to help me, someone they never had met and likely never will, on a Friday night, when others didn't want to answer the phone. Autow's were extremely helpful, provided expert service and advice, performed a good job, were open and honest about their capabilities and likely shop delays, they offered alternate solutions to my specific problem, and even offered additional help and services days later.
