We had a blowout on our rd trip and thacker came soooo fast to get us off the side of road. Pricing was great and chris was so friendly and helpful ! Thank you so much for rescuing us ! Now on to rest of our vacation.

Thacker Towing is an amazing company, fast, friendly, reliable, and all their employees take care of your cars as if it were their own. (yes I have used them numerous times ??) I will continue to use them for all my needs, even when they are not on rotation with the police I still ask for them.

I never post reviews, but in this case I have to. This experience with your driver was without any doubt the best I could have ever asked for in having my vehicle towed. I would like to acknowledge him and brag about what a great job he did in taking care of me as your customer. The only thing that could have been done to make my experience any better is if it was free for me. You have a great employee as a tow truck operator and providing great customer service, especially considering that having a vehicle towed is never a good experience.

We had a trailer tire blowout on I-59. Thacker Towing showed up in 35min. He was friendly and took care of the tow like it was his own. They were fast, friendly and priced just right. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Chris came and unlocked my Cube within 5 minutes of being here!!!! We had another guy here for 1 1/2 hours and almost broke my window. I asked him to leave and he got ugly sent hubby out who told him to leave. Chris with Thacker came out and knew automatically that he had to undo the silver lock and not the door handle. THANK YOU CHRIS!!!!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!

I broke down Thursday May the 9th on I-59 pouring down rain and thacker's towing come and rescued me I want to thank Kenneth and especially his driver Travis that spent his time in the rain trying to get me back on the road that day but I had to eventually be towed back to the yard I would recommend y'all to anyone and again I want to thank you for being there for me that day especially you Travis y'all have a blessed day

Thacker Towing responded within 30 minutes of my call to them and picked my car up to take to local repair shop. The Driver (Wayne) was professional, helpful and friendly. As another "car guy" like me, we related well to the big picture of what was likely wrong with my car. Overall, an excellent experience at a fair price. Two Thumbs Up, thanks.
