I went in there with a bad poison oak rash on my arms and a lady working there immediately came out and helped me get everything I needed and was even nice enough to go out of her way and print out instructions on how to treat sumac/poison oak/ivy at home. That is real customer service and is rare to come by nowadays. Much appreciated. ??
