These guys are great, up-front, and honest. Greg is the best. He and his guys replaced my heater core and when I noticed other issues after the fact he did everything in his power to make it right. Got my Expedition back to great condition. Heat is better than before the core went out and all the other issues are fixed. Thank you guys so much

I has such a pleasant experience with Mr Haynes fixing my car that I brought my daughter to get an oil change and she was very pleased as well. He was very nice, very honest, up front and charged both my daughter and I a great price. I would recommend everybody in Alabama to go to him. Best bald headed mechanic in etowah county wouldn’t recommend anybody else to fix anything he’s always up front and honest and always makes sure to please his customers , he also has a joke or 2 to tell that makes the situation a little better . 500 stars

Had taken my vehicles there for a few years, the last visit was to get a check engine light cleared. The owner replaced a part that he diagnosed as the problem. Two days later the check engine light was back on. After telling them my light was back on the owner came back with a smart aleck answer.I took my vehicle to another mechanic who told me 3 cylinders were misfiring. After replacing plugs and plug wires that Haynes had installed earlier my problem was solved. Haynes vehicle turn around time was always unacceptable and prices too high. I wouldnt reccomend their services and I sure wont go back.Service: Check engine light diagnostic

Can't thank these guys enough for the concern and care after having a car break down between Chattanooga,Tn and Pensecola,Fl.We had it towed to their place and the service we recieved was phenomenal.If you live there you're lucky and if you find yourself in a jam use roadside within 50miles of Atalla to get you to a guarenteed good job....Well done fellas...Well done...!!!
