My experience is this is not a dealership with integrity.They tried to sell me a used camper as new. When I pointed out the used grill with grease and food on it, (not to mention the signs of use on the inside) the salesman and the manager continued to insist it was new and not used. They held firm on the new price.I was told campers are sent to June Jam to host performers, but that particular site was not responsible for that decision, so they stuck to the "New" status even though it was used.I was also told that they took trade ins sight unseen, as an excuse for the many things wrong with a camper he was showing us.

We found this company by looking online for a specific RV out of our area. We found Bankston online and made an inquiry about the specific RV. After that, they were nothing short of excellent! They answered all of our questions, were very helpful and Mr George Knott was an excellent salesperson. As we decided to proceed ahead, George and Zach helped us with everything we could do from a distance. Once we arrived, everyone at the dealership was so nice, and personable. We enjoyed everyone there from the service department to Zach in the finance department. We would recommend anyone who is in the search for a new or used rv, to get in contact with them. George Knott, our salesman, was an absolute pleasure to work with and talk to. We feel like we found new family members.

Nick was very helpful with any questions we had. The tech that showed me the camper and how everything operates, was very knowledgeable. Zack in finance was super friendly and helpful with the process.

My partner and I were looking to purchase a travel trailer for his mother to live in part of the year and for us to travel in when she’s not using it. This was our first time buying one and it was all new to us, and to complicate matters we were on a pretty tight budget. Alex helped us find just the right model they had on clearance to suit both purposes that we really liked that we could afford. The Bankston operation is very professional. We were very impressed when we showed up to close on it by their “red carpet” walk-through process - made us feel like VIPs even though we were buying one of their entry model products. Tina did our paperwork and she was an absolute joy to work with! Since we were trying to save $ we installed the weight distribution hitch we’d purchased elsewhere ourselves and ran into a couple of unforeseen problems, and one time Donald rushed to our aid and another time Chuck did. Can’t emphasize how much we appreciated them doing that - they certainly didn’t have to - we’d brought this on ourselves. But they took pity on us and ensured we left there with that hitch installed properly so we’d get it home safely. We love our new Dutchmen Aspen Trail LE and think we’re really going to enjoy using it. We’re already talking about upgrading to a nicer travel trailer at some point when it’s financially feasible and agree wholeheartedly we will make that trade at Bankston.

We are first time buyers so we were very cautious about which dealership we choose, which to us was just as important as which camper we wanted to purchase. Bankston on Gadsden did not let us down as a matter of fact they went above and beyond. Our sales person was Misty and she was very patient with us, we had some mix ups on the hitch we purchased and she worked with us through the mix up. We live 9 hours away from the dealership and wanted to spend the night at a nearby camp ground in case there were problems and questions, Bankston did better than that and let us stay on the lot since we lived so far away, this allowed us to have some issues fixed the next day, which I am happy to say they fixed all the issues they could, thank you Devin and the others that helped out, sorry I can't remember everyone's name. It would be great if dealerships would have a small camping area just for there customers who drive long hours to purchase a camper. Financing part went really smooth thanks to Zack who was able to get us in early. The day we wanted to leave we had some issues with the hitch, David the manager allowed us to park under the awing while we worked on it. David and John both helped us get the hitch and chain problem worked out, even though we didn't purchase the hitch from them. Was it a perfect and stress free experience, no it wasn't but I feel the stress and problems were minimized by the actions of these folks.

The purchase of my first camper was made so easy by the staff at Bankston in Gadsden. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making the process enjoyable from start to finish. This was our second experience with an RV dealership. The first one was in East Ridge, TN. We were looking around and a salesperson came and ask us could he help. We were looking at a Montana and we asked the price of the unit and we’re told that people who purchased those never are concerned about the price. Well that did not set well with us so we called Bankston in Gadsden and from the receptionist to sales to walk thru after purchase was an awesome experience. Misty assisted us with our purchase of a new Lance travel trailer and she has become like family. Service department is great. We give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently purchased a used RV (originally purchased from Bankston) with an extended warranty that was being transferred into our name. The transfer paperwork was still in process and the roof A/C unit stopped cooling. I contacted the service department in Attalla and was told that they were fully booked up. I explained our situation of having an upcoming trip and the warranty transfer records not being updated yet. Christy went above and beyond. She escalated my problem internally, secured authorization for me to bring it to a local shop for diagnosis and when I advised that the unit needed to be replaced, she secured authorization for the replacement. Bankston is directly standing behind the warranty and taking care of the repair cost above my deductible. Christy was a pleasure to work with, she was caring, proactive, followed through and was an absolutely amazing. Highly recommend Christy and the service department.

I am so thankful for Christy Jones and her team at Gadsden, Al. Thanks to them we will be able to continue camping and enjoying our new TT. Although we did not buy it from them, they drove about 2.5 hours to pick it up and fix our problems, which, as it turned out were done in a small amount of time. The other dealership, where we bought it, had already had it for three weeks and said it would probably be another three to four weeks before they could even check it out. God Bless Bankston in Gadsden for providing SERVICE after the sale!! ?❤️ We will recommence you guys to everyone we meet bc service is so important!!

This is our first RV. We had been looking for about a year and had talked with several dealers about what we wanted. My wife had her preferences as to style and configuration. All the dealers we had talked to did not really have what we wanted nor could they meet a price that was in our budget. I had seen a commercial for Bankston and went to the website and found one that fit our expectations and was near our budget. Going in to Bankston was an overall pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous and helpful. No pressure and when we decided on the unit we wanted they worked with us and we were able to purchase it within our budget. George, Zach, Jeremy, Allison and all the others are a class act. You could not ask for a better crew. Long story short I would recommend Bankston in a heartbeat.

Great experience all around. I was fully expecting to find hidden charges and fees when I went to sign the papers, but my toy hauler was exactly the price I was quoted with no surprises. The walk through was very thorough and the sales team was very helpful. I would definitely buy from Bankston again.
