The manager of this store held a device that a customer did not want and when she left for the day the associate that was helping me went to look for that device and couldn’t find it. She hid the device so the associate that was helping me wouldn’t make the sale. This is very uncalled for and unprofessional. I will wait until she leaves to be helped by another associate in the future.

TL:DR: DONT TRUST THE MANAGER SHE DOESN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE OR HELP YOU. Any of the other employees can help you way more If you can.The manager doesn't want to do anything I talked to her about a sale and a messed up trade-in where the wrong phone was traded in and we were not getting the correct value for the trade-in. She told me she can't do anything and to ask Verizon support even though the trade-in was less than 24 hours ago. She continued to tell me the phone was gone already and she couldn't do anything while telling me to call Verizon support. She finally after 10 minutes went into the back and pulled the trade in they had from me and it was the wrong phone. I continued to ask where my phone that I traded in was and if I could get a receipt of the trade-in. This is not the first trade-in I have done and have gotten a receipt when I asked for one. She told me that there is no such receipt. NEVER in the conversation did she ask to see my receipt of purchase, phone number, account number, or even a name. Went in to replace my old phone which had died and had a wonderful experience with the staff. Abby and Lexi were very knowledgeable and they were able to answer my questions and help me get a new, better phone with a great price. I commend both of the young ladies for their very kind help. Great Job ladies.
