I bought 4 tires and rims from this place within 20miles my whole tire and rim came off. Causing damage to the rim and my lugs. They are refusing to repair. They admitted to putting the wrong lugs on my truck.

Cheapest tires in the area, called us ahead of time to inform us of delivery time had changed which allowed us to plan trip accordingly. Mounting was super quick. Very pleased

This went from a 5 star review where a gentleman helped me before AND he was very nice. Then to a zero this time if I could. I just watched a guy take care of everyone else here except me. Told me he would be right with me. Proceeded to take care of everyone else, even people who came after me. I Just left. I'm not begging people to give them money.

According to roadside assistance, this business was the only tire shop available to service the vehicle. The insurance company as well as myself were calling repeatedly but there was no answer and was constantly going to voicemail. We have been sitting on the side of the road for the past 2 hrs with no response. The hours of operation state 24 hours, but it appears that’s not the case. Looks like their hours of operations need to be changed.

I went to 2 different tire shops in Bay Minette just to be told they could not put 275/55/20 onto my 12 wide rims, then I was told to come to Tire Express in Atmore…. Needless to say these guys were determined to put my tires on these new rims I got and they succeeded! Great people and I will only for now on come to them for tires and the needs that I need that they can do. Thank you guys so much for doing this! My truck rides great without any bounce!

Tire blew out on my way to work. Was calling and checking around for my full 8 hour shift (in tears) including a claim with my insurance to find someone, anyone to replace the tire or at least put on a spare. Around 6 am, this ANGEL of a man answers my call and says even though its super early hes going to find someone to help me. 5 minutes before the end of my shift, a box truck shows up. 10 minutes later my tire is fully replaced. Pay over the phone, texted receipt and I was heading home right on time. Very friendly, very helpful.Services: Tires
