Useless people. I was traveling through the city and my car went into safe mode. Those guys were ten miles away and I thought they will help (“of course”, as I thought) a traveler in need. All I asked was to read an error code, 5 minute job! Nope. They are “fully booked until next week”. Thank you for help, I hope the ER team someday will do the same to you when you are in need.

I had an issue with my truck that no other dealership could solve. This dealership went out of there way to go above and beyond helping me figure out the cause to my concerns.I believe this dealership definitely deserves your trust if you ever want to have your vehicle serviced here.Service manager Ricky was the one helping me and was very exceptional!They offered me a loaner while my truck was out of service as well which truly helped me a ton! Huge shoutout to them! ?? 100%

I worked with Corry Baggett to purchase a Suburban that I found online. Corry was incredibly helpful and patient--this was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. James in the finance department was also helpful with answering all of our questions too. We are very thankful for Corry and the team for getting us into our Suburban!

The salesman Corry was patient with me answered all my questions about the new truck, I also spoke with a Mgr Rex, who was also very helpful with making the deal go through and the finance guy James, was very helpful and went through everything clearly so that I could understand everything I was signing.

I was looking for a truck and they didn’t have exactly what I wanted but Tom found one and went above and beyond to get it and get me in it before I had to leave town. I have bought my last 2 trucks from Jason Pilger and they are the first ones I will check with when I get ready to buy my next one. I was in a time crunch to get back to work and Tom sent a driver with all of my paperwork to my house at 9pm to make sure I got my truck and got it before I had to leave. I can’t say enough good things about Tom and James. They both were top notch and they were straight up with me and they did what they said when they said they were going to do it and that is something you don’t see anymore. Very impressed.

This was the easiest and smoothest purchase ever! There was no pressure from anyone! Corry was extremely easy to deal with and talk to. He answered our millions of questions that we had about the vehicle. We will never purchase from anywhere else in the future!

This place far superceded my expectations. I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle online/out of state. I never thought it would be so simple, and stress-free. Scheduled appointment 3-4 weeks out from actual date to replace a manufacture defect on part. (6 month old truck is squeaking every time you hit a bump, get out of truck, etc.) Dropped my truck off for the scheduled appt on May 26th @ 10a only to be contacted later that afternoon informing me that there were no racks and/or technicians available for the repair. Result was keeping truck over the weekend, including Memorial Day holiday...only to be told on Tuesday that the issue was misdiagnosed and wrong parts had been ordered. Super disappointing. I was warned about poor customer service from this location prior to us purchasing this past October. However, I decided to give it a shot. I now regret my decision and will never purchase (or recommend anyone to purchase) from this dealership again. Super friendly sales people, super poor follow-up after they have your money.
