Sad really. I’ve gone in before and the people there were friendly and they had some great products. However, my last visit 5/21/24 was less than friendly. The cashier firstly gave me a rude awakening then my husband left feeling he was ripped off. He proclaimed that place off limits to further transactions. Oh well.

That store is nothing but a big mess and has gotten worse. It is getting where it is not safe to walk down the aisle anymore. The sky shelves ate stocked to high and unstable. The staff there don't dress professionally they dressed in tight pants. Don't have a dress code. I could go on. That stores seems like it stays close more then open.

The store is a mess, and the cash register is not open only the self checkout and the lines stay long meanwhile the employees are behind the cash register just talking and fooling around. The customers are the ones helping the elderly that don’t know how to work the self checkout. It is just sad. Open a register.

For the last few months every time I go in this store it’s in a mess. Nothing on the shelves, carts of merchandise on every isle. Can’t go down an isle without having to move a cart.What merchandise that’s on the shelves are scattered around so bad you have to dig around to find items. Then when you leave you will always see an employee outside smoking and talking.

Went to Dollar General at porch Al. I am 76 years old. Been going there since they opened, but this will be my last time. They wanted me to do self check out and i said i couldnt but they would not check me out. So i tried to do it. It wouldnt take my card, just kept saying processing. They wouldnt cancel it out, just wanted me to keep swiping my card and i refused. They were very rude, not good management at all there now. Probably should just close that one down. I will keep going to other dollar general, just not that one.

never answer the phone. shelves empty. always out of something. UNDER STAFFED! just close down at this point....

Store looked like a bomb went off inside. Stock sitting everywhere. Items laying in the floor all over the store. Manager on break and the lady at the register looked like she was about to cry .....

Needs more people who can handle/want the work! Lines are always long when the store is busy. Cashiers always getting overwhelmed or annoyed.
