“The one thing that I have noticed about Regions bank is . That their customer service representative, and tellers, are very tolerant. It doesn't matter if they noticed, or have had experiences with the same person being high strung, on drugs, and or drunk. They till have treated the customer with lots of respect, and dignity, even after the customer has been at their branch numerous time because of loss , or theft of their debit cards they, have replaced them , and even helped that trouble customer file a dispute for the purchases he/she hadn't made , or authorized. The thing is that they know that the customer is like a powder cake that is about to go off. ,. Ask me how I know? I witness the drama over, and over again. I truly don't know how they have such patience is as thought they're trained therapist. Anyway enough said the branch that I am giving the kudos to is at 930 Wilmer ave in Anniston Alabama.”
