Been a member of this Bank since 2011 and never ever had any Problems with them at all . The Employees at the Athens Branch are Always Nice and Professional!
The only thing Wrong with them is what's Wrong With every Bank Nationwide and that's Overdraft fees ! Way to high and I hope they get made to lower them in the future.

Absolutely the worst. I would never even consider banking with this place. Was at Walmart and needed cash for Christmas cards. Used the ATM at Woodforest and then went directly to the counter to get 10’s and 5’s. She asked me if I had an account and when I told her I did not, she then tells me that she can’t exchange if I don’t have an account. I told her I just paid $3.50 to use their ATM machine but that wasn’t good enough. They have asked me time and time again to open with them. Horrible customer service.

I had to use my debit card have the funds available n it was declining my card tried calling the 1 800 number and its after hours so im being left with not being to use my card until business hours so i can see what is going on definitely horrible

Well i went in with a check to have it cashed so the lady cash the check and the instead of cashing the dam check they took the money out of my account but they did put the money back in my account and thats why i dont go in to that bank and im thinking about closing my account and going to another bank. Some of them people that works there don't know what they are doing

I learned they make their associates work with covid 19. Joe allmaras is their regional and threatens associates. I met him and he stated customers over employees

I recommend this bank to anyone! Not only do I get paid a day early but Maggie personally went above and beyond to help out with a recent problem I had with someone taking money out of my account. I'm very pleased with them and will bank with them for as long as possible!

Helpful, but to nosey. I'm a private person maybe because I'm from up north but I don't like a person that ask me a lot of personal questions. Be nice, let me make my transaction and leave. You don't have to look through my history for 5 mins as while having "bullsh*t" conversation to scroll through my history. I got a couple thousand dollar deposit from a lawsuit and they were asking me alot of questions about the money. First off you know the money is legit, it's no reason to ask me a ton of questions about my personal business. Small country town people like to gossip and I don't like that feeling of when I leave the bank everybody in the bank knows my business. I hope they read this and make adjustments to their behavior or staff.
