Friday one of the employees at West End Outdoors called to tell my husband they had Ride Share IPA. We drove over to Athens to pick up the beer. It's nice to be able to ask a store owner if they can special order beers for pick up. We highly recommend this craft beer store. The owners are great!!!

I recently visited the store for the first time and was very pleased with the great customer service! Everyone there was very polite and very helpful. I was genuinely surprised at the range of products sold there, I was expecting just a service station and and it was anything but that! Live bait, tackle, pizza and wings, top named sunglasses and yeti products that range from the cups to coolers. If you like your adult beverages this is definitely the place to shop, all the IPA beers you can get, draft beer and kegs aswell. The attendant Candi that chacked me out had a smile that could light up a room and couldn't have been more helpful!

I've been a patron for as long as I can remember and always had wonderful experiences with the friendly, helpful staff. I'm writing a review now only because my most recent experience had me leaving the store in tears. Tears of gratitude. I was in a tough predicament and not only were the two gentlemen behind the counter both kind and patient with me but BLAKE went out of his way to extend a helping hand. He is not only a great employee but a great person. I'm thankful beyond words. Bravo who whoever hired him!

Previously left a negative review, however after returning found out this was a misunderstanding of my own error. The owner still gave me a $20 credit. Quality store. Great fishing gear, beer on tap, amazing customer service. My apologies. I know where I'll be shopping this summer.

I stopped in on Sunday 8/23/20 and was treated very poorly by the woman behide the counter due to my breathing problems. She informed me that i wasnt welcome in the store and that i needed to send somebody else if I wanted to buy anything from them. The lack of respect was horrible and very degrading. Sunday was my last stop in and I recommend other people looking further for a better place to spend your money as well.

Almost hit twice by an employee in the parking lot. Walked in, wanted to talk about it, stores response was “oh well, go somewhere else if you don’t like it”. I used to like stopping in there.

Amazing service. Best price on line for the board I bought. I also contacted Andrew to say I needed it in a rush for my holiday at 10am Monday. It is now 11.30am Tuesday and the board has been delivered. Absolutely top quality service and product. Couldn't be happier. Thankyou.
