“I had a blow out halfway through 12 hour drive around 8 at night, and a female traveling alone with my dog. The lady on the phone was very friendly and understanding I was wanting it done as quickly as possible. Driver was there within 20 minutes to put spare on. He was quick and super nice guy. They definitely made a bad situation much better! He also helped me pull luggage out and put old tire and rim in front of bed of my truck so I wouldn't have to pull it out to get luggage once I reached destination. Also felt the price was very reasonable!!”
“Just had to be towed to the International dealer. They were prompt and professional. And my driver, Richard was funny and put me at ease while we were on the side of the road, and on the drive to the dealer.”
