I have not received my mail since August from the post office apparently this location has had issues where they are not able to receive the mail from the post office when it’s forwarding. I’ve never had this issue before. I contacted the store and post office to see who can help me and tell me where my mail is at. I regret getting the year membership. I was told that the owner is the only one that can do a refund and that they don’t even know when he would be in store next time. She called him and he told her there is nothing they can do. I want my money back this is the worst experience I had ever received please don’t get a pmb here unless you want your mail to never be delivered. I will have to escalated this until I get my mail. Thanks

Employees not personable at all. It would also be great if they would put any effort into being helpful when someone brings in boxes that weigh 30 + lbs

I made an appointment last week to get a document notarized because I wanted to make sure I went while a notary was present. I was sent a reminder email about my appointment and showed up a few minutes early. When I got there I was informed that no notary was present and I would have to come back at 11. I’ve wasted gas and an hour of my morning because someone couldn’t simply call or email me to inform me that a shift change was made and no one would be here to notarize my documents.

I was attempting to return an Ebay item and needed another envelope as well as the QR code read for the mailing label address. As it turns out, the return was to be by USPS not UPS, but Kristine at this UPS Store was very kind to help me. She worked to pull and read the QR code and repackaged my return in a new envelope. At that point, all I needed to do was to drop this in a US mail box. I was only charged for the envelope. She went well above and beyond what should have been required to help me, and I really appreciated it. She is an asset to her employer. I will definitely use UPS Store to mail in the future.

Last month I had a delivery issue with my freight shipped to Ca. After talking to the owner we sorted out that I had shipped it to a PO Box unawares that UPS can not fulfill those orders. It was plainly my fault but they resolved it in my favor which they did not have to do. They care about customer service here and I will definitely continue to patronize their business. Thank you Jason for your help my friend.

Don’t trust this store. I paid to have a package delivered to WASHINGTON STATE. They delivered it to the wrong address in ALABAMA. They never put the shipping label on the box so the old Amazon label was used despite it being torn and written on it being a recycled box. The store will not collect the package from the MADISON AL address it delivered it to. The receiving party refuses to return the package to the store. We never received a refund from ups and no contact is ever returned. We will never get these sentimental items back. I will never use ups again.

I couldn’t of chosen a better location while out of town, Jayla is a breath of fresh air and mad kind. She’s very good at her job and it was an effortless transaction. I hope she’s having a great day :,)

If I could give it half a star I would. I have been patient and understanding of the process of a refund. Have been given the run-around on a delivery that was paid to be overnight. Been told a claim needs to be made and that it would be made since the beginning of the week and here it is mid week and it has not been started. I understand things happen and it could be busy at times but when you are told it will get done, and three/four days later you come in and follow up and it hasn’t even been started, it becomes a problem, especially if the refund may take a year or more to process. If it doesn’t ever get started then the refund will never happen.

Previous multiple times I have sent back packages thru this establishment for Amazon returns and NEVER been charged until today. Had to pay 1.37 to print the copy of the return to send back. ALWAYS have scanned my label on my phone in past. I tried to give this locally black owned business a chance at my business but this needs to be posted as new policy or made aware on their site as authorized return center for Amazon that you need to print out now or you will pay. It's not the money it was just not normal since I go there at least 1 time every 2 weeks and this has never happened. Always excellent customer service

We are in our seventies and do most of our shopping online. Let me say that if every business was as efficient and helpful as our UPS store in Athens, Alabama it would be wonderful. Every employee is kind and will go out of their way to help!! I love doing business there and I appreciate all of them so much!! Thank you UPS store of Athens, Alabama!!!
