This is the best furniture store in North Alabama! They have such a great selection with willing staff that will go above and beyond to find what you’re looking for. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for furniture!

I have purchased furniture at Sutton's in the past. This time I purchased an armoire, part of a bedroom set. We were serviced by a saleswoman the next day who in addressing our questions about another piece of furniture made a vicious racist remark about Jews to my wife who is not Jewish, but I am. My wife confronted her. I became aware of her comments and I confronted her. She felt free and comfortable to express her racial venom which only confirms my feelings about the deep South; beyond redemption. I doubt that this woman will be fired. So, if you shop at Suttons and belong to one of our many ethnic groups, be prepared for a racist remark.

I like Sutton's Furniture! The showroom is huge, with a large variety in terms of styles! We bought a china cabinet there years ago and it's held up beautifully. The folks who own and run this store are super friendly and there is no pressure to buy. Everything seemed to be good quality as reflected in our china cabinet.

Much bigger than it looks from the outside and the folks inside are extremely helpful. Prices are quite reasonable. Unlike furniture stores where you pick what you want and wait three months for them to manufacture it and get it to you, you pick from what's on the floor or warehouse and they deliver. New furniture arrives constantly, so if you don't see what you like today, it may be there next week.

Some middle aged man with no personality in the store. Terrible service level. Furniture doesn’t really look like quality. Go elsewhere.

Definite lack of sales personnel. We only saw one sales rep who was with another customer. We never were approached by anyone enquiring about what we were interested in or if we needed help. Not a good way to get return customers or make sales.

Thank you to the team at Sutton’s for assisting me with finding furniture for my new home. After searching for weeks to find a sofa, I made the short drive to Sutton’s and wasn’t disappointed. Amazing furniture, that you don’t see anywhere else! Found the perfect piece! Even the delivery experience was great!I love it! We are very happy with our purchase! I will definitely purchase more from Sutton’s!

Very kind friendly family oriented environment always there to help people and always there to serve their needs. I couldn't find a piece on the floor that I was looking for so I described what I was looking for and they ordered it for me they showed me on the computer many different options and choices that I had different brands and price and then they ordered it and it was gorgeous beautiful bedroom set no matter what they're willing to work with you they're willing to negotiate price and they're willing to deliver and they're willing to do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy and their pieces are very good quality hardwood not flimsy but sturdy meant to last pieces pieces you can hand down over time I love going to Suttons so much and my husband doesn't want me going there anymore cuz I had furnished almost my entire house when you have a good friendly partnership between customer it's hard to go anywhere else they are great people with a great attitude I highly recommend them.
