It never fails... Every time I try to shop at this location, I have a horrible experience. We entered this store, and both associates looked at us but never greeted us. I was looking for shoes for my children and had a question about a shoe. I approached the associate, and before I could even ask the question, she says "nope, we don't." I put the box down and walked out.
*Management: Customer service should be taught and required from your associates.

Nice workers, they no longer sale larger sizes in the store, but I have the option to buy online, so I took advantage of that. Wish they would continue selling in the store, though.
