The people that put the carpet in were sooo scary. The job sucked. They refused to clean up. No one from the company calls back. Do yourself a favor and pass on these guys

I was suppose to have someone come out and do a measurement to see what the cost would be for an estimate on putting floors in and re carpeting my stairs. My window appointment was from 1-3 pm. The measure never showed up. Based upon previous reviews from other folks, this isn't surprising. Wouldn't give them a second chance.

I was looking for a responsive value priced carpet installation and I was told to call Rock Bottom Carpets. I need new carpets and pad in two rooms and closets. I was out of state and needed to get this done before I arrived. I called on Monday, went on the website and picked out the carpet and spoke to Jacob. They went and measured on Tuesday, sent a quote over and picture of the carpet sample. Agreed to the quote and got a call on Wednesday that the carpet would be installed. I arrived into town and went to the house and the carpet and install was great. I will definitely call again.

Do Not do business with this Company horrible Customer Service the so called manger Bo is extremely rude. I had some work done about 6months and I started noticing seams in my carpet and where got Hardwood floors installed I notice they did not level the floor. So I called the store to request someone to inspect the work. I was told I had to take pictures before someone can come out. I explained to them that I rather someone to come out like someone came and completed a estatment when where trying to get my business. They hung up on me. So I called back and requested to speak to the Manger. He said he was not there. This has been the worst experience I have had after spending $15k. I will never do business with the company every again and I recommend you do the same. I will spread the word around Huntsville I ask you to do the same. We work to hard for our money to let a company like this to take advantage of people

Best carpet installation, service and prices. No trickery, just simple, straightforward and efficient. It was such a pleasure to work with them. Would do so again without hesitation; highly recommend. Went to a couple of other places to compare product and prices. They were no comparison. The process was so convoluted and lacking transparency, it left me clueless as to the final cost of product, installation and carpet removal. Save your time and go to RBC directly. Carpet installed 6 months ago. James is awesome.

We had carpeting done by them about three years ago. Called them and had them come out at least twice. We have a visible "seam" in our living room, hall and master closet. The area in several of our doorways are so poorly done I am going to have to put trim pieces down. Would NOT recommend.

Excellent and personable service by the associates in the store to the installers. Carpet was I stalled within a week of purchasing. Will go here again.

Everything was fine until it was time to do the work. We wanted vinyl flooring removed and replaced and communicated from the beginning that there were several layers to be removed. Andy said no problem and we ordered the vinyl and waited a week for the measuring. After measure they said it would be a little more expensive, which isn't unreasonable. However, a week later when the crew came to install, they flat out refused to do the work due to possible damage to the sub-floor. They had a solution to sub-floor damage, but would not do it. They only offered to put the vinyl down on top of the 4-5 other layers and cut the bottom of the doors. So now I've wasted 2 weeks when I could've found somebody else to do it. Extremely frustrated by the lack of communication between sales, measuring crew, and demo/install crews. Now I own some useless vinyl since they refused to refund me.

Excellent service, great prices, and they were very timely arriving this morning to install a beautiful carpet. We are very happy and would use them again.

Went with them because we thought that they would stand behind their product better than a cheaper company. Don't waste your money. Their 'lifetime ' flooring doesn't include poor installation that shows up later when our flooring separated.
