THANK YOU! So I work contract work and found myself driving my recently purchased F150 V8 5.0 from Florida, to Seattle, to Alabama. 2.5 months of work and my contract finally ends and I am excited to go home to my pets and fiance. 5am in the morning I begin my drive only to hear my pistons misfire and my truck die. I am not mechanically inclined and I am stranded in a state I am not familiar with. Every passing day I am spending $160 in hotel rooms alone. I called Pro Align, explained my situation and they ABSOLUTELY took care of me. My service was expedited, they discovered the cause of issue and even showed me in shop so I can visually see and understand. Price was literally 250% cheaper than what I was expecting to pay. I don't think I got to tell them, but if I work in Alabama again, I exclusively will go to them. Having a trusted mechanic in another state is a blessing. Thank you guys so much. I literally cannot describe the anxiety you relieved me from.

Bought a car from a friend who had a total brake job done there. All of the work had to be redone less than a year later. Apparently they used the wrong parts. My friend called and was hung up on. Did I mention the part where they charged him about double what it cost me to get it done right?

These guys did a excellent job and are honest. Drive down visiting family near there from Ohio, had a problem with our Honda accord and needed a quick fix. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it on a Friday with very little notice. High quality work and very reasonable price.

These guys are tops. How busy they are are a testament to the job they do. I brought in a Toyota Tundra for a brake check. They had called me letting me know the percentages of the brake pads and that they could not find anything. They still bled the lines and told me what to watch out for if I needed to bring it in again. They are honest, fair and know their stuff. Me and my wife have both had our cars worked on there and I will be going back. Thanks again to all the Pro Align team!

I needed a rare 1976 custom fabrication part and they delivered. Patience on my part was key but the old horse is back in business and I'll certainly bother them again for some obscure Pontiac issue again soon, so stay tuned guys! LOL
